Had several oil changes here. Usually all good. Last one about a week ago and noticed a leak from the oil pan bolt. Took it back and was told the bolt washer needs replacement but they would have to charge for another oil change. I could be wrong but I thought the washer had to be replaced every oil change. I had my brakes done here also about a year ago. I asked about having them checked but was told nah, they only need to be checked every few years or if there's a problem. I hate that I had to come on here to do this,but I kept stating that I would let this slide,but after speaking to the district manager of this location and hearing his disrespect through the telephone about customers not knowing that I as a customer could hear him. I believe his name was Rico. Aman S.(Store manager) Knows who I am referring to. On top of that Aman S. Took out the quote that was provided to me by the previous rep D.J. I called in to make an appointment was provided a quote by DJ. The day of my appointment I came in to get service. Once Aman S. Laid eyes on the type of vehicle I had he immediately changed the quote that was provided out of the system. I provided all receipts indicating the price I was provided prior to my appointment. Yet that was not honored. While speaking with the district manager via phone, the one who was speaking louding over the speaker to Aman S. Cursing up a storm! I advised him how Aman S made me promises and did not keep them. Such as if I provided proof of my appointment and also provided the card with the quote provided by DJ. Before I produced these items. I was told if I had anything thing referring to what I was told. Aman would honor. Produce proof,yet the quote was not honored. I would advise All People to avoid this location and company. Excellent customer service. The owner or the main guy is extremely nice and explained everything I wanted to know about what's wrong with my break. They fixed my break and replaced the pads with a very fair price, 1/10 of what I was quoted at other automotive place. Brake pad was improperly installed. One of the return springs was on the chamfered portion of the pad rather than on the metal base of the pad. Took a while for the pad to wear to the point where the spring made contact with the rotor. But when it did, I got a groove in my rotor. Service was good here but this little surprise was a bit annoying. I should have noticed the issue earlier but it shouldn't have been an issue. read more

Don't believe the reviews, these people are full of it. They take advantage of people who don't know much about cars. Brought my car in for a break change and complained about squeaking paid $100 dollars. Same day I'm leaving, my breaks still squeaking but only on the right side. This dude Jarrett / Garett tells me my breaks are squeaking due to one the following reasons: my rotors need resurfacing, I need a break flush (???) or its due to my breaks being brand new and I haven't drove 500 miles yet. I just had my rotors resurfaced so I know that can't be the issue. You guys did a bad break job and blamed it on something else OR the breaks you put on are low quality. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

I came in to get my brakes checked a month ago because I had a grinding sound coming from the back driver's side brake. The facility itself was run by one guy at the front desk who seemed to be more interested in watching the courtroom shows in the lobby than providing me with information about my car. There was ONE guy working in the back and luckily I had made an appointment online the day before so I had a set time for my service, otherwise be prepared to wait 45 min. My car apparently needed both brake pads replaced in the back axle, and both rotors needed to be smoothed down due to ridges which caused the squeaking. I also got my brake fluid flushed (something you're supposed to do once a year - $50 here). The total for the back axle and fluid flush was about $200 with my 20% discount I received from booking an appt online. HERE'S MY PROBLEM: I still had squeaking AS SOON AS I LEFT THE FACILITY. I was in a hurry to go back to work after spending almost 3 hours to get the brakes fixed so I just figured I would drive it around and see if the squeaking went away. It didn't. I then came back a month after the first service and then the same guy said now my FRONT axle needed to be done. I asked him why they didn't just do it all at once and inform me then and he said "they didn't see it then." Also, the back left brake (the one they supposedly 'fixed' a month ago) was still being rubbed by the cuff that held the brake pad which leads me to believe they never fixed the problem in the first place last time they just replaced the brake pads. The guy at the front told me they would fix the back left tire for free and also gave me a 30% discount on the front axle work which would be another $130. Total for ALL of the work done (a month ago and today) on my car came to $330. OVERALL: next time I need any kind of work I will pay more for a service done by a local shop (find a good one from Yelp) because these chains just do not care about quality service and work and it shows. read more

This year, I've brought both of my vehicles here and had great service on each occasion. This place is waaaaaay better than it used to be. Recently, one of my trucks was having a very scary breaking distance issue. I came in described the problem, and Robert took great care of me. He is very knowledgeable about vehicles. He doesn't just tell you what's wrong with your vehicle - he'll show you and explain. One of the hardest things I have a problem with is finding someone that I can trust with my vehicles and to not feel like I'm getting ripped off or that they will do a half @ssed job. I watch people like a hawk work on my vehicle and the guys in the shop handled my trucks with respect and care. Robert has a passion for safety and doing things right. What is most impressive is that he is trustworthy. He'll let you know what's wrong but does not do high pressure sales. I would run like the wind from an over zealous salesperson, but I feel comfortable with this shop will continue to bring my vehicles here. Ok this is more my kind of place. These guys are an experienced team, Stephen the manager took care of me and as previous reviews alluded to, DJ is here too, and I really enjoyed their company and their work was well done and did two front brake pads in less than 20 mins. What I loved about it is they let me watch and even took me in and showed me all they were doing, not that they would have time to do this normally, but they at least will show you what's wrong so you can see for yourself. There's nothing worse than sitting in a waiting room and having someone come in and tell me what's wrong, I want a place to prove it too, and they do this here without having to ask; I mean who wouldn't have trust issues after reading Yelp reviews? Now, granted I know how to change brakes and knew what I was looking for and they probably could tell, it's still too easy these days for anyone to google and know roughly what to expect before a commitment. The reason I didn't change the brakes myself was it actually worked out better financially to let them do it surprisingly! I was quoted 200-300 for many other local businesses for the exact same service! For 2 premium brake pads and the C-clamp (or could use needle nose pliers) and brake cleaner i was looking at 120 to do it myself but I got this done for under 100 here by professionals, saving me a headache potentially. And I watched them do it so I know they put the new pads in the right positions (inside and out). And they were all super friendly and looked like they really enjoyed their jobs, they were having fun, which says a lot about a place. So I will be coming back here for any other brake issues and maybe other stuff, but hopefully won't need to. And the brake warranty is lifetime, nice! I know places like this can be hit or miss for the most part, that's just how it is. But I certainly recommend this location! read more

This location ABSOLUTELY does not know what they're doing and is not very professional at all when it comes to customer service. I take my car in for an alignment because it was a bit wobbly. Brake Check did the alignment and my car was still driving wobbly. I then go to a mechanic and here's how the conversation went: Mechanic: "You said that you got the alignment done already?" Me: "Yes" Mechanic: "Well, when they did the alignment, they should've checked the Tie Rods. Which is something you're always supposed to check with alignments" Me: "Wow, so they (Brake Check) didn't even do their job right. So disturbing" I then take my car back to Brake Check to have him check out the Tie Rods just to see how they would react. And here's how the conversation went: Brake Check: "Yes, your Tie Rods definitely need to be replaced. I noticed you needed an oil change, would you like to get that done today too?" Me: "I just brought my car here and they did the oil change" Brake Check: "Well your oil change sticker is outdated" Me: "Well it's your employees that didn't put the new sticker on after they did the oil change" Brake Check: "Sorry about that sir, so can we get started on your Tie Rods?" Me: "No, why would I want to get my car serviced here again when you clearly DIDN'T check the Tie Rods when you first did the alignment and I had to find out that the Tie Rods needed to be replaced from someone else" Brake Check ha no response and I left. It's pretty messed up that Brake Check always try to sell you on their Life-time Alignment deal, but what's the point if you can't even do the job right! I came in a little over a month ago due to the grinding noise on my brakes. I was told that the front pads needed replacing. I agreed and waited about a hour. I settle the bill and my truck was brought around to the front. Once I got in my truck there was grease on the center console ,door, seat and steering wheels. After pulling out I then noticed that my tire pressure lights were on and pulled into discount tire. The said that the monitors had been damaged and needing replaced. a 100.00 Later I thought I was set. Now I have a constant squeaking noise every time the brakes are applied and am afraid to go back to this location . I came to this location because the last time I had service done on my car was here and noticed that someone had accidentally messed up my lug-nut. So I came back to see if they would be able to fix it for me. The customer service has definitely improved since the last time I left my review.
