It happened again so I dropped off the car and they said as soon as the mechanic completed a few tow jobs they would look at my car. I had an appointment at 2pm for an oil change and to check a tire that was leaking air. When I got…read morethere I was told it would be about 30min before they could get it in. I left and came back within the 30 min and still waited another 20 before it was pulled into the bay. The assistant manager shoed me the price for the oil change which was $100, had i not been on time crunch and needed the tire looked at i would've left. I was told that they would not be able to patch my tire as it was damaged too close to the side which was fine and I opted to go ahead and get new tires since I already knew I would need to soon. I noticed on the estimate where she showed me the tire price that it was recommended for my serpentine belt to be changed, at this point I was already there for an hour and I told her if that need done then I guess do it since I was leaving for Tennessee the next day. She stated it would be another 2 hours and I took a walk and came back after 20min and I said something about my windshield washer fluid and she said oh yeah mechanic said it's cracked and I said no the pump pops out, I asked if they actually looked to see if it was cracked and was told no. I was told my oil was empty and my power steering fluid was low. I asked if everything was topped off and was told yes. As I'm sitting there and she told me that they got the wrong size belt and then got another wrong size and then she needed to order it from Omaha. She said she would call me when it came in. I was there for 3.5 hours for basically an oil change and new tires. As I was leaving my trailblazer was whining which I knew my power steering fluid was empty. When I got home my son on law and I were changing the bushing for my washer fluid and noticed that my belt is still in good condition. I was charged $300 for the belt to be changed. We returned to Midas this morning so I could get a refund and to have my power steering fluid to be filled since that had not been done. We asked why it was recommended that my belt to be changed and the manager said he did not know and he was going to follow up. I asked him if he looked at the belt and he said no, did you want me too? I told him nevermind. I told him I never had an issue when Rich worked there, Rich was always honest with me. I will never go back.

I bought a 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee L and cannot begin to express how pleased I am ! When my check engine light came on last week, I took it in to get it checked out and it was gonna take a couple of days for them to get to it because they have a lot of people out with the flu... I have a certified used car, and that covers anything with the powertrain and as it turned out, the problem was powertrain related and it's completely covered and I didn't even have to pay for the scan to find out what was wrong! I couldn't be more pleased! When I was in there, I mentioned that when I picked up my car, I didn't notice it. It only had one floor at in the front seat, and asked if they might possibly have a spare one that I could get from them... The service advisor Joe said he would check into it with his sales manager to see what they could do to help me with that all I expected was to get perhaps a spare floor mat that they had back in the service department somewhere and that was all I wanted... Little did I know that they actually ordered me two new floor mats of the WeatherTech type that we specially made for my jeep at no charge! I was so pleased and surprised and that is the normal way they treat you at the dealership... They're not only courteous and helpful and pleasant to deal with, but they really do go the extra mile to help you They really live up to their slogan. Do we treat you better ?we do.! That is why I'll keep going back. They go the extra mile for you at Dewey Dodge service Dept.

Finally made an appointment, but asked the AI person to confirm that it's for a recall. AI appointment setter 'did not understand.' I asked for a real person, was sent to a queue, no one is available, we'll do a call back. No call back. I chatted into the business a couple of days ago. We will call you. No call. Today I tried to email the service email address. Email bounced - they do not accept emails outside their organization. It's the publicly listed email address....
