They are jacking up the price because what they claim to be premium is far from it. The formula they use to put down animals does not come with a sedation agent already in it. So they charge you a lot extra to sedate your pets because, according to them "the formula they use burns the animals without sedation. My wife and I called about every vet in Brampton and checked out the prices and this place is the most expensive and in my opinion worst type of service you could possibly give to your pet. So please do your research and call around because trust me, your pets regular health and it's final moments are just as important. These people do not care and will not care for you or your pet. The female doctor on duty admitted they had the capability to perform the emergency surgery, but refused to do so because she "just graduated, and an emergency clinic could do the same surgery". Despite refusing treatment, we were still charged $90 just to be told to go somewhere else. There was absolutely NO urgency or compassion shown. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful--she handed us a phone number for an emergency clinic without an address or any further guidance, simply saying, "call there." After INSISTING on a list of 24-hour emergency clinics, we were given locations that were NOT 24-hour facilities. We visited four of them between 5-6 PM, and ALL were closed. Because of this complete LACK OF CARE, misinformation, and incompetence, our beloved family pet did NOT make it. Time wasted finding an open emergency clinic cost our cat their life. Please, do not trust this place with your pet's life. We will NEVER be returning.
