I contacted him in June he was on vacation, I've left several messages for him with no response. I contacted him again on July 6 and he picked up , guess what he's on vacation again He ignored that he got my messages but had no intention on returning them or having someone else work call me. he's now decided he doesn't want to do that kind of business (fixing his workers craftsmanship) even though he has a lifetime guarantee on his product. The best part of the whole story is that when he originally installed my deck He didn't even install what I wanted when I came home I was shocked but it was done and there was nothing I could do about it and I paid him and I let it go Knowing that I had a lifetime guarantee warranty and that I didn't have to worry about it. What a joke. But I did not want real wood I wanted the artificial one and he didn't even install what I wanted Which is what I was quoted on. But, when I came home I was shocked. it was done and there was nothing I could do about it and I paid him. In all the years of being a homeowner (28)I have never run into a company that did not stand behind their product or who drag their customer along for months just to leave them hanging with nobody to fix it. Though he specializes in modern materials construction, he also can rehab in order to maintain or restore the original architecture. In our house, the previous owner had removed a window to make a doorway. In doing so, the previous owner destroyed a portion of the architectural features of the exterior wall. We wanted to have a window instead of the opening, Mr Stasko was able to replicate the features from our early 1900 home.
