After a few minutes of this my son told her my name. She then checked me in and said wait in the lobby. After sitting there for some time they called me in the room to check my blood pressure. Then I sat back out in the lobby. Then two more walk ins came in. She looked at THEIR IDs. I was so confused. Why did she refuse to look at my id when I came in but did look at the other peoples id who came in after me? Then one at a time the other walk ins were called to the back to see the doctor BEFORE me. I finally got very upset and ask why the other walk ins were called back before me. This girl runs out and says I'm sorry it's ok and she brought me back into that room and took my blood pressure a second time but left me in that room alone with the blood pressure thing on my arm for a VERY long time. I finally got up and ripped it off my arm and she came running back and saying wait wait and I said I'm not waiting no more open this door and let me out. I left after telling the woman at the front desk how rude I felt she was. Now I actually get a bill in the mail??? For what? Your facility did NOTHING for me! Those reviews do not reflect the ongoing experience of patients with complex needs who depend on this practice for consistent and reliable care. My experience tells a very different story. Communication at this practice is virtually nonexistent. There is no patient portal or app. The only option is a fractured third party phone system that rushes you off the call and does not route urgent concerns to anyone who can help. Over the course of three months I recorded zero returned calls despite repeated attempts. When I persistently requested an email address after being unable to reach anyone by phone I was met with resistance and hesitation. Once I finally obtained an email address every message I sent went completely unanswered. On my first visit the physician entered the room on his phone, spoke for approximately two minutes, did not review my full medical history, and never made eye contact with me. For a patient with a complex chronic condition requiring careful consideration this was not only dismissive but clinically irresponsible. On a subsequent visit he refused to communicate with me directly and conducted the entire interaction through his medical assistant, never speaking to me himself. My time at this practice was further marked by repeated medication lapses due to administrative failures that caused me direct and documented harm. Rather than receiving care and support I was met with indifference. On one visit I was seen by a medical assistant acting in the capacity of a provider with no licensed physician or nurse practitioner present and received no appropriate medical attention. I was subjected to coercive tactics regarding procedures I had not consented to and felt pressured to agree to treatments in order to continue receiving my medications. When I declined I experienced a notable shift in how I was treated. When I requested my medical records I was met with resistance and significant delays making it extremely difficult to transition my care and provide other providers with the documentation they needed to treat me appropriately. To make matters worse my Explanation of Benefits documentation shows that this practice owes me a refund due to an overpayment. Despite multiple attempts to contact them to resolve this financial matter I have received no callback and no acknowledgment. The same communication failures that affected my medical care have now extended to a financial matter they are obligated to resolve. The cumulative impact of this experience on my health has been significant and measurable. The administrative failures and lack of appropriate care caused me direct harm that affected my overall health and quality of life. The stress of managing these failures on top of a serious chronic illness compounded my suffering unnecessarily. I strongly urge anyone considering this practice to proceed with caution and to document everything from day one.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Carla Harris spends time with you, she takes the time to answer all your questions, she goes over every side effect, she doesn't make you feel rushed, she doesn't make you feel like "just another patient." I called after about 5 business days had passed and was told it could take from one to two weeks before the physician even REVIEWED my application. I have never heard of this before -- having to apply to become a patient. So, as of now, I have no primary care physician, which means if I need medical attention, it will have to come out of my own pocket, as my insurance will only cover medical services either with a primary care physician or someone my primary care physician has referred me to. At 4:30 have still not seen Doctor to see about resetting crown. Every person I've been around talked about all these things they are "recommending" be done and all of them added up to a lot of money. Seemed like that's all they are concerned about is planning future customer income. I was hoping this would turn out better as I am looking for a permanent Dentist for future needs. But I'm not sure this is my place for future needs! X-ray tech was VERY friendly and apologetic for my wait. My time IS WORTH SOMETHING and I felt like I was part of a herd being culled through!
