Allergy season was a nightmare because I'm allergic to cedar fever and ragweed, and I could hardly breathe. Dr. Krzeminski recommended surgery, and although I was super nervous and put it off for a year, I finally went through with it. After the surgery, I can breathe tremendously better--just like he said I would. The nurses were fantastic and calmed me down when I was anxious. Plus, the lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) was so helpful when I forgot my CareCredit card. She looked up my account so I didn't have to run back home. Overall, the entire staff at Lakeshore ENT has been amazing. My quality of life is so much better now, especially during allergy season. I highly recommend Dr. Krzeminski and the whole team. They truly made a huge difference for me."

When my right hand became permanently swollen and in pain, I consulted another hand specialist/MD Orthopedic surgeon who told me that I should never have had that many injections and my hand was permanently affected to the point that I would need a knuckle replacement. I am devastated that this happened and I am sure the snippy little office girl will get in my face over this review--but I will never recommend this practice!!

I had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists, one month apart. Dr Reyes did a great job. It's SO nice to have the numbness and the tingling gone! Everyone at the office has been professional and so helpful. If you have any kind of problems with your hands, Fort Worth Hand Center might be a good choice!

Per my insurance company, it is on the same tab in Availity - Providers- TriWest; when you submit the referrals (as the provider). Only a referral was made and PT requires both. So now it still needs to be submitted but now they are saying my PCP needs to. This was the same way in east region (now west for Texas) so I don't know why this is like a new thing to them with authorizations. They worked me into rehab in the meantime which is nice; when I called they wouldn't do that without charging me per visit out of pocket. She walked into our room briefly while my very sick mother and I were talking and when she walked into the hall I could hear her telling her coworkers everything. On top of that, I overheard her talking bad about my mother behind our room door before she stepped in claiming she didn't want to get sick from "that nasty old lady". Once we were discharged I made sure to get her name and will be filing a formal complaint for Mrs.Ramos.

After getting to the ER we were admitted and taken back and I specifically insisted on fluids due to lack of output, inability to keep fluids down due to puking, and having diarrhea still they said no. We've done this before and my son already has a compromised immune system so I think it's pretty awful to deny a child fluids when a parent specifically states WE HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE AND THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT HELPS HIM RECOVER. We are now on day 6 of Flu with same symptoms and he looks like a ghost. The experience was less than exceptional and quite frustrating! We're paying a gigantic amount to use the ER the least you can do is actually listen to a parent when they say "I know my child!"

He and his nurse talked openly about getting drunk and upon hearing that my name was "Crystal" they held a whole conversation about crystal meth and said "everyone thinks it" when they hear that name. It was a fancy and expensive office, but trashy talk and they did not even do the full cleaning that I went for. Overall, it felt like a sketchy operation.

It had reached the point where it was affecting nearly every part of my daily life. I appreciated his confidence, balanced with his honesty. The doctor was professional, (a black male), but kept the door cracked while examining me. I guess b/c I was a female, but it was offensive and invaded MY privacy. He decided to refer me for an MRI and said someone would call me from the place. I received no call until November 2023, so I was in pain all that time calling and calling but they kept saying that someone from the office will call me back. After doing the MRI in November, I was called to schedule and appointment. The older, White lady told me that I had a balance. I asked why they didn't send a bill, and she said that she didn't know. I went to my appointment on December 1, 2023, and it was towards the end of the day. There were people in there frustrated. One lady went to the desk and said she had been waiting for an hour already. Another person cancelled their appointment and walked out. When the Hispanic girl took me to a room, I saw AGAIN, someone's CONFIDENTIAL information pulled up on the screen to where anybody could steal information and commit identity theft. But at least this time, the exam paper was fresh. The doctor came in looking agitated. You can tell he didn't read my chart. He started asking me questions as if it were my first visit, so I mentioned I was there for MRI results. He pulled it up on the screen, and said he didn't see anything. He said that I needed to see another type of doctor. That visit was under seven minutes and it was not pleasant. I felt like I was an inconvenience. One of the girls came in and gave me a form inside a plastic sleeve to take to the counter to check out. She said she would schedule me with another type of specialist. I walk to the front desk to pay my balance, but no one was there. I waited for a while, and suddenly, a White girl came out of the back and asked why I was still there. She then said that the lady I needed to see was "gone for the day", and they were closing. I explained that I had a balance, but she said, "We'll just bill you", as she put her hand on my back and guided me out the door. It was unbelievable. She didn't even take the exam paper from me. Today, January 5, 2024, I went to the office to pay my balance because I STILL hadn't received a bill (knowing I had a balance and did not want it to go to collections). No one was at the front desk again, but a White girl was sitting at a computer near the desk but further back. I told her that I was there to pay a bill, and she said the person wasn't there. She asked me for my name and birthdate, but I told that I didn't feel comfortable saying it out loud b/c there were people in the waiting room. I handed out the document that was in the plastic sleeve from the previous visit b/c it had all the information she needed. She got up with an attitude, looked at it, and said something like, "You will need to call and find out what your bill is and pay it". I explained that I was there to pay it then. She said that they couldn't take a payment. I explained that I've had a bill since Sept and had tried to pay it twice. I then asked who I was supposed to pay it through. She suddenly had an attitude then threw my document on the FLOOR and walked away to her desk. I said, "Wow. Did you just throw my document on the floor?!", and she said, "It's because you! Nothing!". So, I said, "Well, that's professional. I just want to know how I can pay my bill. Don't take it personal". Then she started rambling under her breath. So, I said, "What is this fourth grade! You just had a tantrum and you're not even apologetic about it. This is your place of business", and she just kept talking under her breath. I told her that I was going to make sure that the doctor heard about this, and she said, "Fine! Go ahead!". She handed me a phone number on a sticky note then yelled as I walked away, "Have a nice day!". DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
