I was taken care of by Isaac Santillan and Karina Santillan with the utmost respect, importance, and care as if I was his only client. Isaac made sure that I would receive everything that I wanted that I have in my plan this year. He explained the New changes that are happening within my Insurance plan and the name of it. But, Isaac assured me I was going to have everything that I wanted. The office experience was awesome as it was all done via telephone as I don't drive. But, I was treated with the same privacy as if I was their in his office. No background noise or chatting noises were ever when we would speak over the phone. They took care of my 2024 Medicare Enrollment. Isaac made sure that all of my Doctors and Specialists were listed under my plan. That my Primary Care Physician was still going to be able to see me. All my prescriptions would be covered. When my application was completed and required my signature Isaac's Boss Karina called me and spoke with me to review my choices to make sure they were providing me with the correct plan that I wanted and Karina went on to explain what I needed to do once I received the documents via email and send a copy back to them and then I would have my copy as well. They work very well as a team and individually. The best part of their business also is they put God first before everything and I liked that a lot. Not to many businesses will do that anymore.
