Mr. James Chen had to research every single question I asked, and seemed quite unsure of the information he was giving me. He gave me contradictory information and after having forked over my hard earned money, he became quite unprofessional towards me in his communication. Somehow he figured he'd send my continuation certificate to Ohio, (Ohio????? wtf??) of all places, even though *I* am located in CALIFORNIA and he has been calling me back at a CALIFORNIA phone number, and HE himself is in a CALIFORNIA office! How did Ohio get in this??? Something is really wrong here. (Smoking crack?) This is after I had requested a digital copy to be emailed to me so that I wouldn't miss my CTEC deadline. When I called him out on it, he became nasty and displayed defensive posturing, instead of apologizing for his mistake. Common sense would have or should have been in place. (Something is very wrong here in this office) I have YET to receive a digital copy emailed to me, and I would advise anyone interested in StateFarm to steer clear of this office. I don't even know how this guy got his hands on my account, as I was with Mark Freibourghouse's office and he retired recently. I'll think twice about going with StateFarm again, but definitely WON'T be using this unprofessional and incompetent James Chen any longer. I don't want this man on my account another second, who knows where else he'll send my info to, Timbuktu??? (Jfc) You would think in this day and age of COVID, that people would be thankful that you are giving them your business and putting money in their hands, but that is NOT the case with this guy.
