I would not consider going anywhere else. I have been with this State Farm team for over 12 years. I have had nothing but excellent service. Mauri Mitchell-Sanders, Frida Garcia and Meredith Thompson have always been friendly and have come to the rescue on many occasions, answering questions and giving sound advice. I was recently part of a discussion on Facebook where a person was asking for recommendations for an insurance company. I saw many responses but the one that stood out to me was this, "State Farm is excellent. They may be a little bit more but you cannot put a price on excellence." I wholeheartedly believe that. Basically, if you are looking for cheap insurance and a piece of paper, State Farm is not the company you should go with. If you are looking for quality assistance in difficult times, (What you are paying for) then State Farm is your only option. Both Mauri Sanders and Meredith Thompson are the ultimate professionals. They are not only knowledgeable about the insurance business, have the ability to identify the coverage that suits your needs, but most importantly they have the client's best interest in mind. The ability to LISTEN to the client, offer an array of insurance policies and coverage options, pro-active rate comparisons and an easy "non-hard sale" relaxed attitude immediately makes every client feel cared for and welcomed. One of the things I most admire about this company is when they say they'll get back to you ---- they MEAN IT!! There's no having to constantly follow-up with them. Insurance...everybody needs it whether it's home or automobile. So, with the need being so great, there can be a tendency to provide mediocre service and less than competitive rates. Not so with Meredith Thompson's State Farm Agency. In fact, I switched from one company to her agency over 15 years ago and have not looked back. The professionalism and the personal touch that she and her staff provide are second to none. The notices and updates on laws and rate changes are helpful but the staff are always on hand to explain how, or if, your policies are affected. My home and auto coverage are well managed by Meredith Thompson's agency. I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for"...but in this case, I know I am getting more than I pay for because I've paid more and received less at other companies.
