I visited on a random Thursday morning around 10:30am. It wasn't crowded, but there was a steady stream of cars going through the automatic car wash. A few people took the time to use the vacuums. I didn't get any photos, but I chose the $15 price point over the $8 car wash because I wanted the tires washed. The two employees waiting at the start of the car wash were pleasant, and I appreciated that they smiled. The car got pretty clean, so I was happy. I pulled into one of the vacuum areas so I could vacuum my seats and mats. I always have my own towels on hand, so I didn't use the free towels that the location provides to customers. The vacuum was decent, but I felt like the suction on the passenger side wasn't as powerful as the one on the driver side, which was odd. It got the job done, though. I have a dog, and it was good enough to remove all the dog hair in the backseat. I'd go back to this location for sure. I liked the fact that I could dry my car without feeling rushed. I also saw several employees on-site helping customers and/or cleaning the grounds. I wouldn't have had to search for someone if I had an issue.

It didn't get washed as much as I thought it would, no matter how much I dried it, there was always water spots, the tires were turning brown, I was always wiping the bugs off the windshield. I am back, signed up for the top package. Now I realize how much better the car looks after I run it through the WashU wash. No more water spots, no more dead bug residue on the windshield just a clean shiny car. The car now again feels smooth to the touch, like a fresh waxed car. I guess I learned my lesson.

The staff aren't rude or anything, don't get me wrong. The customer service skill set just has not been honed. I've experienced this on numerous visits. Yesterday I stopped in for a car wash. After my wash, I went to vacuum the inside of my vehicle. The vacuum system shutdown about a minute in. Not understanding the issue --several customers including self, were looking at the hoses and each other. Being closest to the door, I went inside to ask was there a problem with vacuums? The young man stated "We're closing early it's a holiday." The proper way to serve the customers that were patronizing the business have would have been to an announce to customers --who may not have known closing was within minutes --that everything was shutting down a 'X time' for an early close, (which wasn't posted for customers to immediately see) That's customer service. (Turn at the block after the car wash) then follow the signs and drive past the vacuums (I didn't use them- too cold- ) The line moved well and the screen prompts were very responsive. And they had 2 employees out there if you did need help- or wanted to sign up. I neither needed help nor purchased a plan. Merging together after paying was a little daunting- but people followed the rules. DON'T WORRY if you can't pull all the way past the gate- it won't close until your WELL past it. The wash I chose was the 2nd cheapest ($12) My car came out looking great! Barely a quick towel off and I was gone! I'll be back
