I noticed the associate working on the passenger side take the vacuum and took 2 swipes on the front passenger floor then as slowly as possible, put the vacuum hose back in place. I brought this to the attention of the other associate working on the driver side and proceeded to vacuum the entire truck. Kudos to him. Unfortunately, this is the second incident of poor service. I visited on a random Thursday morning around 10:30am. It wasn't crowded, but there was a steady stream of cars going through the automatic car wash. A few people took the time to use the vacuums. I didn't get any photos, but I chose the $15 price point over the $8 car wash because I wanted the tires washed. The two employees waiting at the start of the car wash were pleasant, and I appreciated that they smiled. The car got pretty clean, so I was happy. I pulled into one of the vacuum areas so I could vacuum my seats and mats. I always have my own towels on hand, so I didn't use the free towels that the location provides to customers. The vacuum was decent, but I felt like the suction on the passenger side wasn't as powerful as the one on the driver side, which was odd. It got the job done, though. I have a dog, and it was good enough to remove all the dog hair in the backseat. I'd go back to this location for sure. I liked the fact that I could dry my car without feeling rushed. I also saw several employees on-site helping customers and/or cleaning the grounds. I wouldn't have had to search for someone if I had an issue.
