If there is only one car then both of them worked on the one car together. If a second vehicle comes then the split up. This makes the time it takes to wash cars LONGER. Definitely don't come here if you are in a hurry. There is a sign posted that says $15 for the hand car wash inside and out. I did want tire shine so I expected to pay $20. Much to my surprise I was told the price of the car wash I already received was $29. I had them wash my sedan, not a SUV. When I asked why is it $29 the guy got upset with me and said we did your tires, rims and mats. I tried to ask him what in the particular did they do. He got so upset he told me "don't worry about it! We wash your car for free. It's free just go! Leave!" I took a deep breath. Then I said to the other guy as I handed him two 20s just give me $10 back. He gave me two 5s, and I gave one back to him. Obviously I won't EVER go there again. Honestly the worst part was when I finally examined my vehicle they missed cleaning countless things or didn't clean then properly. I had to enter some information into the kiosk and asked the kid if I was signing up for anything I was told no. I returned to the car wash and the system did not recognize my plate so I paid for my next wash and the wash after. I realized 3 months later I was being billed $30 a month. 1 car wash nearly cost me $100! I called corporate and said they could keep us as customers and make this right by either refunding the money or offering credit for some future washes. The response was beyond rude - you lost my business, hopefully a negative review will cost you some more. Would have been a better business decision to keep a customer.
