Randy gave excellent service -- prompt , pleasant, excellent workmanship, cost effective. The gasket between the tank and the toilet started leaking again. He pointed out that the plumbers who came last time may have done good work, but that the design of the gasket was flawed and it would leak again and again. He talked me gently into what was necessary and why the cheaper toilet wasn't worth the small savings. As far as his charges go, if you do the math, he's not making all that much annually. read more

First visit was good, and the price was fair for draining our hot water heater and replacing the thermostat. 2nd visit he replaced a part in our toilet tank. He charged us $6 for the part and $110 for the visit and was here 10 minutes. We felt this was excessive. read more

I had a pipe that burst, and my husband did not want to tackle that mess. Randy came out, replaced the entire assembly of pipes surrounding the break, and it only cost $150 for parts and labor. Did a great job repairing the toilet in a timely manner. Was friendly and prompt. Would reccomend.

He saw this old lady in her back yard and told me $500.00. It took me 2 hours and $30.00 for the part. I had this guy come out to my place a few years ago. I had the pipe totaly exposed all around it and the roots pulled out from the crack caused by a tree leaning. the tree was cut down the roots were cut away from the pipe area. read more

Upon the recommendation of a trusted handyman, I made contact with Randy over the phone from our home in Southern California. I left a key for him to do the install-he made the installation, and sent me a bill. Randy, is very personable, and trustworthy and over the phone, easy to talk with. I'm extremely pleased with the job he did for us. He left the work sight very clean & orderly. The rate he charged for labor and parts was very fair and reasonable. I was sent to West Coast to fix a water heater problem because the guy I used in the past was just a drain guy. West coast was incredibly fast to respond to my problem (same day). I was going out of town on a Monday afternoon, and that morning there was a pencil-thick stream coming out of the tub spout that would not shut off. Called Randy, and he was there within a half hour. Not only did he fix the leak and replaced the fixture, he replaced the old toilet, as well as the ancient kitchen sink valves and supply lines (all the jobs on my list) by the afternoon. I had Randy come out to bid installing a clean-out. He was recommended by another contractor we had used. He was on time, his bid was competitive and explained some code requirements that I didn't understand, he even came out on two different occasions.
