January 29, 2017 We purchased a home a year ago (Dec 2016) and some plumbing work needed to be done. The first thing that went out was the hot water heater. After some deliberations as to what contractor to call we selected 'Gold-Bond Plumbing'. That was the best call we made! Brian, an employee for Gold-Bond Plumbing came out and diagnosed the aged old water heater and quoted us a price to fix it. It was January of 2016, cold and rainy. I decided not to fix the water heater but have Gold-Bond Plumbing install a new tankless Navien. The change over was done by Brian and the converting over to this system was done professionally and the old taken away. We throughly enjoy our tankless system. We found Brian to be very professional, pleasant and respectful in the way he dealt with us. Bathroom sink and tub problems came up a couple months later and again Brian and Ethan (trainee) of Gold Bond Plumbing came out and fixed the leaks. We purchased a kitchen facet and there was no question or doubt who we were going to call to have that installed, again Gold-Bond Plumbing sent there proven journeyman and trainee out and installed the facet. The work was excellent and in our budget. A few months later we needed to have a new shut off valve to our home installed in the front yard. This was an emergency and needed to be done right away. There is a measure of peace-of-mind knowing who to call and who you can trust to get the work done in the least time possible, professionally, and that will fit our retirement budget. We just moved here from Colorado and didn't know about condensation. We thought we had a small leak. Called Gold Bond, Brian came out the next morning. He explained everything then I had him look at the rest of the tanks and things under the sink. (Reverse osmosis water purifier.) He was honest, efficient and professional. We may not need a plumber again but if we do, this is the company we will certainly call. Also they don't charge that up front fee just to come and look. You can't ask for a better company than Gold-Bond Plumbing. Gordan is the best. His work is always precise and neat, as well as the pricing. Gordon has fixed multiple items at our house and done them in a reasonable time each time. He explains whats wrong and fixes it. He has given me lost of information on the phone as to where I could fix it myself, and i'm not the best at plumbing. If you have a problem with any plumbing this is the guy you want to fix it.
