They also have some specialty items I haven't been able to find other places, mainly different kinds of sauces, such as kecap manis (an Indonesian sweet soy sauce). I was overjoyed to find it here! Another main staple we get here that I have never seen anywhere else is their buckets of nutella. My husband goes through the stuff like water so I buy the big containers of it whenever I can, and at Cash & Carry they have the granddaddy bucket size of 6.5 lbs! This size lasts him quite a while, and I'm happy I don't have to buy 5 jars of nutella at a time! If you are curious, craving some different products, or love buying in bulk, then stop by Cash & Carry and see what they have on the shelves!

For the price of 1 loaf of Franz gluten-free bread, $7.79 for less than a dollar more I could go to Costco and get 2 loaves of Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free bread. 14 oz Tajin is $7.99. I can buy the exact same size from Walmart for $6.98. Here, 19 oz Mae Ploy canned coconut cream is $3.49 a can. Walmart online sells it individually and as a 6 pack for $2.58 per can. $3.59 for American Beauty 8 oz manicotti shells here. It's $3.49 at Fred Meyer in Medford. 16 ounces of jumbo Campfire marshmallows here are $3.39 whereas 16 oz Kraft Jet Puffed marshmallows are $2.99 at Fred Meyer in Medford. $8.69 for 24 Flav-R-Pac frozen corn cobettes or $2 for 6 Great Value frozen corn cobettes at Walmart. $14.19 for 2.125 lbs dried hash brown shreds here. Same size at Costco is $8.99. Costco sells in-store and ships #10 sized canned products so I'm confused why people are shopping here when the prices aren't wholesale, they're often slightly higher than retail at the local Fred Meyer and Walmart. There aren't many specialty products here for varied diets or cuisines, so if you're needing gluten-free or something more diverse than soy sauce or tortillas, you're going to need to order from elsewhere. We immediately contacted the broker, Myles Wilson, via text message with photographs attached of the empty package. He did not respond/reply. We have since called the company at 541-414-2373 on multiple occasions 8/15/24, 8/16/24, and 8/21/24. We have also attempted to resolve/contact them via email on 8/19/24. We have also contacted the UPS CEO who advised that Great Harvest would have to file a claim, which they are refusing to do. We firmly believe that they mailed us an empty package or it was stolen by a UPS employee. They are completely refusing to give us any information or status update. We have documentation of all our communication attempts. We respectfully requested that they either refund our money or send a replacement package, they are refusing to do either even though they stated that the package was insured. Then they had the audacity to say that we signed for the package, when we did not. This has been the worst Customer Service that we have ever experienced from a business. As business owners ourselves, we would never treat people like this. The lack of professionalism is appalling and disappointing. We wholeheartedly believe that they discriminate against minorities due to the dismissive, rude, and condescending demeanor in which they spoke to us the one and only time we tried to explain the situation. They have not responded to any emails, text messages, or voicemails. We attempted to come to an amicable resolution, but being ignored/avoided and losing out on $1337 is unethical and unacceptable.
