Because Dr Groot does an excellent job. He is friendly, personable and has a great "bed side" manner. He stands by his work, and if there are any problems, he will fix it. After surgery I completely regretted choosing him as my surgeon. He didn't do any refining work, he broke one side of my nose and didn't shave down the other. I now have different side profiles, one with a bump and one without. Although I don't have a bump on my nose anymore my tip is now bulbous and almost twice the size it was before (as seen in photos). From the front, my nose is visibly crooked (as seen in photos). When I can afford it, I will be going to another surgeon and getting a revisionrhinoplasty. I know a lot of people see Dr. Keohane because he's the only surgeon that does rhinoplasties in Edmonton but please look else where. It's worth the extra money to travel because I wish I had!

They were super nice about it, and I really appreciate having that flexibility. Generally, when my spouse misses work, it's missed pay. Some of us have the luxury to make up missed time, but not him. While I can't myself comment on the experience, he was very happy and said the staff were super friendly. The girl that cleaned his teeth did a really good job. My spouse has braces, so I'm sure that's not easy. But his teeth were sparkling white after! The only reason I deduct a star is because they did not direct bill. They did submit the claim on our behalf, so we did get our money back in about 48-72 hours, but direct billing would be even better.

Has always been super kind to myself and my husband. We would not go any other place. The staff are really nice and always helpful. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment so they are very punctual. There are now four or five Doctors, some of which may take new patients, so it's worth a try to call and check. The clinic itself is spotless and I can highly recommend this medical clinic.
