My only complaint was that upon completion of work they did not vacuum the new carpet. So there were lots of little carpet shreds all over. We are on house number 7 so I have had many people install carpet in the past. That's the First time that ever happened. Since my vacuum is still in storage from the move, I was certainly disappointed. Otherwise, they were great.
