I came to find Dr. Cairo by way of emergency because I needed a root canal and crown done on one of my back molars and I didn't have a regular dentist at the time. His staff was super friendly and helpful over the phone helping me set up the appointment and start creating a budget to pay for it (I'm a student and have limited income). The office is modern, clean, and very well taken care of. Dr. Cairo used some of the latest tools to help in assessing my condition and helped me understand what was going to happen - very thoroughly. Over the next few appointments the staff was always courteous and helpful. The root canal and crown procedures went very well and I have since returned as a regular patient. On a side note, Dr. Cairo likes to work to some great music! One day, the Grateful Dead, the next John Coltrane - always a surprise! read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cairo and his staff. Dr. Cairo works diligently to stay on the cutting edge in terms of both procedure and technology. He uses a holistic approach, so if you have TMJ or even something symptom-wide such as fibromyalgia, he is well read and understands how overlapping conditions interact with one another. He takes a holistic approach and is always concerned about his patients total overall health. I've never had this experience with any other dentist. I hadn't been to the dentist in over ten years before going to Dr. Cairo. The technology he uses in his practice is cutting edge and the fillings are white not metal. He is thorough and careful about his work. I have had no problems with anything he has done. He made a bite guard for me that is helping to prevent me from damaging my teeth from grinding. The guard is high quality work, it is surprisingly comfortable and sleek. Dr. Cairo is very approachable, accommodating and expresses a confidence in his work that is relaxing as a patient. I went to dr. Cairo only once. I was leaving for vacation when 2 fillings on the same tooth fell out. Dr. Cairo found time to replace my fillings. One of the fillings fell out when I was on the plane (2 days after it was done), I was overcharged by $195.00 for the visit and had to wait 2 months before getting my money back. After I got back from vacation I changed dentist. The new dentist checked my tooth and asked several times if I was sure this was the tooth that the filling was placed on - his hygienist checked with my insurance to confirm that I was not mistaken. The new dentist told me that the tooth was not even cleaned where the filling was placed so maybe that why I lost it right away. Would I recommend this place? Based on my experience absolutely not. read more
