Impossible to reach them. Quality of mid-levels poor to say the least. Dr. Sorenson is awesome but only doing procedures.

Both Dr Brandon Sorenson and PA Erika have been very helpful in diagnosing my rare spinal disease and treating me with very conservative care.

Last year, we were given the wrong appointment date by the office staff. When we arrived for what we had been told was her appointment, we were informed that the appointment was actually on a different day. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff blamed us and showed very little concern, despite the fact that we had already taken time off work and rearranged our schedules to be there. During that visit, we were also concerned about the condition of the facility. It appeared to be under construction, the bathrooms and common areas did not seem clean, and the overall environment did not inspire confidence. When we expressed those concerns, we believed we were simply providing honest feedback. But it was not well received. Fast forward to July 2026: my mother's orthopedic specialist referred her back to St. George Pain Institute because she continues to suffer from significant spine pain. When I called to schedule her appointment, I was told that the office would not accept her as a patient because we had previously complained about the cleanliness of the facility and bathrooms. I want to be clear that I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Nasr. We have never had the opportunity to meet him, and I'm sure he may be an excellent physician. My concern is entirely with the office staff and the way this situation was handled. It is heartbreaking that a patient in legitimate pain could be denied access to specialty care over what should have been considered constructive feedback about the office environment. Patients deserve professionalism, accountability, and compassion. I hope this review encourages the practice to take a closer look at how patient concerns are handled and how administrative decisions can directly affect someone's ability to receive necessary medical care. As a registered nurse, I find this especially troubling. In healthcare, our responsibility is to advocate for patients and ensure they receive appropriate care, regardless of personal feelings or previous disagreements. It is difficult to understand how constructive feedback about a facility's cleanliness could result in a patient with a legitimate medical condition being denied access to specialty care. This two-star review is based solely on my experience with the office staff and management. I have no criticism of Dr. Nasr, as we never had the opportunity to meet him.
