Made an appointment via Allied to their office Brandon Transfer and Storage who made an appointment with a Lindsey Graci for 10am this morning. No show, no call. Very unprofessional. Tried calling their office, got someone who said they could make an appointment for 5 days from now, which doesn't help me at all since I want to move my furniture next week. I asked for a manager, got a voice mail, left a voice mail, no response. Called Allied again, got a gal on the phone who got the same young woman named Danielle I spoke to and who made the appointment with me (verified via email) yesterday for this morning. I'm calling Mayflower. Not sure how people like this stay in business when they make an appointment, then don't show, don't cancel or reschedule. This is 2025, not 1925!! read more

i just finished writing a review on Google about our mishaps with this company so this one won't be quite as long. A mistake was made on delivering some goods to us in Palm Springs which we payed extra for and had to insure for extra money . The mistake was the drivers fault but ok I realize mistakes are made in business so you just have to correct it. Our stuff was picked up November 11th and today is December 15th and still no items delivered. I have basically called , emailed, texted almost every day to correct the situation. The contact has been sketchy to say kindly . The service coordinator tells me a driver has been assigned to deliver your goods and he will call but no driver and no calls . This has been going on for three weeks. The customer service person never picks up her phone and her mail box has been full for three weeks. I even left a few messages to the general manager and surprise no calls back . The easy and right thing to do would have been to hired a driver, rent a small truck and deliver the boxes to Palm Springs no matter what the cost. This company definitely does not put the needs of the customer first. If a mistake is made you correct it es when it's your fault. This is a hundred year old company who I'm sorry this email is not going to the founders as I'm sure they would be appalled at the lack of communication and service to the customer. We basically payed 2600 dollars for an extra stop and never received the goods. In all fairness we did get some goods and if I can I will post a picture of the truck that delivered some boxes not the expensive goods we payed extra insurance money on. Brandon is in a partnership with Allied Van Lines a major company and when you see the truck that delivered some boxes from LA you will be shocked. Shame on this company read more

I just used Brandon Allied for my local move from my house on Palm Beach Island to their storage facility and then from their storage facility to my apartment in Fort Lauderdale. I am amazed by their professionalism. It's 95 degrees out and these guys had to keep changing their shirts that's how hard they worked! I live on the 2nd floor with no elevator and its 94 degrees today in South Florida. Never once did they complain and thy kept telling me to sit down and relax. I'm highly allergic to smoke and that was one of my concerns when hiring a mover. NOPE I didn't even have to tell them! Please see the photos I've posted of my moving experience. They set my bed up for me too. Put the legs back on my dining table. I'm so thrilled and not a scratch on anything either! I recently used Brandon to move from WPB, FL to LA, CA. They held my stuff in storage for 3 months until I found a place on the West Coast. I called them when I got settled and they scheduled delivery for me. All went as good as could be, everything arrived on the exact date they said, and in perfect condition. The local guys in WPB packed everything so well and protected all my things perfectly plus the guys in LA gave me the white glove service while delivering. I highly recommend them! read more

I had three months to pack, clean, sell my place and move, as well as clean half the house I moved into! First of all, I called 5 or 6 companies all from the internet, most I had heard of (Karen from Brandon T & S was the only company to actually call me back, after me leaving a message. The other companies I called back or called someone new, all gave me an hourly rate and I felt like they couldn't get off the phone fast enough. But, Harrison to the rescue from (Brandon T & S )actually came to see what I wanted to move! (everything) They gave me an estimate, and they texted it to me the same day, with a not to exceed clause, which they did!!! Thank you Harrison, you're very accurate at your job, as well as the crew that came to do the job were really awesome! On the day of the move, three men showed up to my house, Charles, Mike, and Dean, they were "the crew". Charles was the crew leader, and they were all wonderful but, Charles just came in and started doing what needed to be done, asked a few questions and he knew exactly what to do and what would and wouldn't work, they never stopped working until they had the truck totally filled! I had posted a negative review of this company, but have chosen to remove my negative post because I received a letter from Brandon Transfers lawyer telling me if I don't remove my negative (which was truthful) post they will pursue legal action. Message me for the letter if needed on Facebook, molly causse Battani. Also, Brandon transfer if you are reading this, the BBB review you are requiring me to take down (or you'll take legal action) is a bit of a process, more than the 1 hour time limit you have given me. They needed my written statement asking it to be removed and the letter you sent me from the lawyer. read more

We just moved from West Palm Beach, FL to Milton, FL. Upon initial contact with them, we were immediately impressed with the customer service. Our contact, Karen, was courteous, friendly, professional and answered our many questions and explained the process. Stephanie came to evaluate and view the household goods AND our second car to be moved. As it turns out, our second car would be moved INSIDE the moving truck, along with the household goods. What an awesome idea that was. On moving day, the movers arrived on time, literally hustled to carefully prepare, wrap, etc. and load. Cassius and Nate arrived at our new home the following evening, did partial unload, at least our bed so we could get a decent night's sleep, and the second car. The following morning, as promised, Cassius and Nate arrived to finish unloading. We cannot say enough as to how pleased and satisfied we are with this moving service. DO NOT DO business with Brandon Transfer and Storage. They not only damaged several items but did severe damage to the floor in our home. They have refused to play even though their own inspector admitted that they did the damage AND tried to cover it up (he offered this, we did not even ask). Now we have had to hire an attorney to sue them. This is a terrible company. read more

We are an elderly couple who moved about 200 miles intrastate. We contracted with Brandon Moving and Storage to store our furniture while our house was being built. Susan Miller came out to our house and a deal was done. We did all our own packing and had many bins. When our furniture was delivered five months later we did not go through each bin before the men left. Big mistake. The move exhausted us due to our age and bins sat unopened for some time. We are missing mostly my husband's things, tools, books, pocket knives, shot glasses, Coca Cola collectibles, sun glasses, magazines, and other personal items. He is even missing an ash tray from when he was stationed overseas 40 years ago. Maybe this is not a fortune, but we have no way to replace. We filed a complaint with Consumer Services and the response was that we did not report immediately, so too bad. This is a cautionary tale. Itemize every scrap of paper and do not let the movers go until you have inspected every item in every bin. This would have taken hours, but may have saved much heartbreak. Where did the items go? Did they get separated or taken? The items would have all been in one or two large bins. When I called I was told they would look around but nobody ever returned my call. read more
