The new dresser (never used) backing was ripped when they tried to lift it. The case of baseball vintage hats never made it to our destination and on and on. The biggest hurt was seeing my new leather couch scuffed up on three edges and a broken frame that must be repaired. A $500 good will gesture was offered but this does not cover the damage.
