I called Wed. the 14th to check on it and was told it will be ready on the 16th!!!!!! by the male employee in the office. (that is not the description I wanted to use). I walk in at 4:30 to pick up my vehicle and the female employee says, "oh it's not ready" and I said, "what?" Now they say it won't be ready until the 21st. Well I have already returned my rental so I want MY vehicle. He tells me I can't have it. THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY INCONVIENCE THEIR CUSTOMERS, (because of their negligence, slow pace, incompetent work, lack of communication, and basic poor attitude). THEY DO NOT KEEP YOU INFORMED OF PROGRESS. (even though I was receiving texts saying it still should be finished on time) The woman said those texts were not from the body shop, even though they said Richie's Body Shop. THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A CESSPOOL. INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES ALL AROUND! The last time they fixed my vehicle the tech kept putting the motion sensors in backwards and couldn't figure out why they were not working correctly. We have used this place for years, but now NOT EVER AGAIN! Clients BEWARE!

To get my truck back I had to come up with 30% more cash!!!To add insult to injury I returned it twice with malfunctioning parts of the project only to be blown off and told "THAT"S AS GOOD AS WE CAN GET IT!!" The car registration was due so we stopped here to get the inspection done…read more I think I found them by calling around getting prices of where to go. This was the cheapest and the name says it all!! If they can take you in they do get it done and your in and out. You get a print out you can take with you to motor vehicle but the man said you don't need it. While waiting there is a couple of seats inside. The restroom is outside on side of building, and talk about brrrr no heat in there!! My Dad has taken his car here as well. We are very happy with the service we received. We will for sure go back when it's due in a year.

Today my partner was discriminated against in terms of the bathrooms were inaccessible to disabled…read morepeople. The only excuse was given, was that the building is really old. That it was built before the 1940s. That is not a cop out to adhering to Ada guidelines. We will be following up legally in this matter. As this is discrimination, and across the street we dealt with the exact same problem of being denied restroom access. That's a big corporation. But you're a small business, and you should have accessible restrooms and a handicap ramp. Neither do you have. We will make sure that this changes. A person that's disabled shouldn't have to fight to use a restroom in an area that knows people will be waiting. It should be large enough to be used. There should be a ramp so there's not a constant struggle. There are laws in place for this purpose. Have some respect.
