I advised that I was interested in that vehicle, requested a price and was told $9900. After being provided with photos and the vin to perform a car fax check, I was advised that the vehicle was actually $11,900. I was then advised that the actual, final price of the vehicle was $12,900... Now, I understand that mistakes happen but, who changes the price three times in an hour and refuses to make it right?

This dealership is now Friendship Chevrolet Buick GMC. I have almost 20 years experience working in…read moredealerships and my experience there was as if the employees in sales had a few months in the business. I had a salesperson who has to be new and the sales management team doesn't appear to have any training or standards in place for the sales staff. I purchased a pre-owned truck with only 7k miles and was given only one key. I asked my salesperson for the 2nd key and he said they didn't get it with the truck. The sales person didn't even go outside with me to show anything about the truck, dealership or anything that is required by GM for maintenance. When my salesperson contacted me, only because his CRM(sales software) said to, I asked about the key again. He said he will get back with me, here it is a few weeks later and nothing. I know I paid ALL the money for the truck the least they can do is provide me with the 2nd key. Now I understand supply and demand but they cannot confuse that for talent, which they have none. I also signed my loan agreements in the showroom and not in a private office. I asked for 72 months as my maximum term. The sales manager submitted my loan for 84 months thinking it is all about payment. The funny thing is I told him payment was not a concern prior to him submitting anything. I got upset when it took even longer for him to get the 72 months I initially asked for. When I challenged the rate given I was told that things have changed since I left the business. Well, I haven't left the business I now support car dealerships across the country and have a firm grasp of what is going on. I was able to secure a rate in the 3's from 5.79%. I expected sub par service when I went there and got it. What bothers me is the salesperson keeps brushing off my requests for the key and never gets back to me. So this is the only thing I can do is give others fair warning about this dealer's novice sales team I dealt with.

My wife saw a certified used vehicle online and really wanted to see it with the real possibility of buying it on the spot. Unfortunately the vehicle she saw online wasn't on their lot. Wasted trip? Probably! But the company was really enjoyable. This dealership had a large selection of both new and used cars and trucks; etc. My wife and I both knew that we should have called the dealership to make sure the vehicle she was interested in was onsite. Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda; I still had a nice evening! I recommend Friendship Chrysler, Dodge because of their great number of new and used vehicles.

Despite visiting the dealership three times within three weeks, our Jeep's issues were not properly addressed, resulting in multiple unnecessary replacements and prolonged delays. In attempting to converse with the dealership co-owner, we were left with excuses about the service department. Each time having the Jeep towed to the dealership. We were forced to tow our vehicle to a different dealership, in a nearby county, where the actual problem was identified and fixed in a timely manner. We learned that it was only a disconnected starter wire.

I got there, and they were doing well until I made up my mind which one I wanted and asked to take a test drive. They began the drama. First, they don't allow test drives on Corvettes, so I told them I wasn't paying much for a car I couldn't fully drive, even with full insurance. They went to talk to "Steve" (the used-car manager), and I was leaving as I came out of the bathroom, headed for the exit. The salesman (who had done a great job in this situation as he could) came to me and said Steve said I could drive it, but first I had to be approved for the loan. I told him I was buying the car outright and didn't need the loan; I had cash but wasn't interested. As I was getting in my truck, Jeff (sales manager) came to the parking lot and said we could drive the car. Roller coaster of rules. Funny how the whole thing changed when I no longer needed their loan. By then, I was over it, and my wife said she had never felt so disrespected in her life. I called a friend of mine, and he said they had done the same thing to his buddy. His buddy fell for it, and the car immediately clunked. Three days later, the torque tube had to be replaced. The car I picked out I wanted badly and was going to buy it, but I am pleased I walked away. I had driven 4 others the same day, with not a second's hesitation from the dealership. Just don't fall for their tricks.

We had to take in our Chevy Bolt EUV, and upon arrival it's as if Shawn (service) wouldn't even speak to me without talking to my husband, too. Continued to call me "little lady" etc etc- demeaning and very condescending. After dropping the car, we were not contacted at all re: any of the progress, estimated date of completion, what was actually wrong etc. I finally called to check and they still didn't tell me what they were doing to it, just that it'd be ready "Friday". We picked it up and I had to ask what they did- got a curt "well, looks like a replaced battery" and we were on our way. Fast forward to this week and I was asked by the tax auditor to reach out to Chevy directly for an appraisal-- I left a message w/ customer service and never heard back causing us to miss the depreciation deadline. Overall- steer clear. Seems like this place needs a customer service overhaul.
