This place is awesome! After I received about 4-5 quotes from other vendors, our company finally chose to do the work with Brands Imaging. Brett at Brands Imaging had explained the quality of the product he uses being a 3M material and after some research, this was a very important detail in choosing to do the work with this company. Brett followed up with me several times and answered all of my questions. Once the contract was signed I worked directly with the office manager Jona and she was great in helping provide the utmost customer service. After some back and forth mockup drawings, I finally agreed to the graphics on the vans and we did the scheduling. The scheduling was very easy and stress free! We dropped a vehicle off at 9am - then picked up / dropped off the next vehicle at 9am the next day, etc. All 5 of our vehicles were done in one business week and they all look amazing! This was the first re-imaging we had done in many years and was a process we were not looking forward to. The team at Brands Imaging made it much easier than we could have ever expected! We selected them because we liked the general vibe/energy of their past work as seen on their gallery. They listened to what we wanted and the first drafts were so spot on we only needed to choose one and make a few small tweaks. The revision process was easy, the communication excellent and the interaction friendly and efficient. They sent some pictures during the install which was a fun surprise but those pics could not replace the impact it made when we saw the truck in person. We are thrilled.
