I specifically told the salesperson I needed a dark sofa because I have a black cat. When the sofa was delivered, it was noticeably lighter than the swatch used to sell it. When I raised the issue and provided a photo , Kreiss first said the swatch was positioned differently in the weave. After I provided more photos showing the same discrepancy from multiple angles, they said the difference was just "normal dye lot variation." The contract also contains extensive fine-print terms that appear to limit customer protections and discourage refusing delivery--none of which were explained during the purchase. When I tried to raise the issue and withheld the remaining balance to encourage a discussion, I was told I should have requested an "approval cutting" and was threatened with legal action and attorneys' fees. There were also delivery delays and poor communication despite my requests for advance notice. I ultimately paid the balance, but I'm now stuck with an expensive sofa that does not match the swatch used during the sale. Based on my experience, buyers should review Kreiss's contract terms very carefully before purchasing.

I did all of that, came back, met with the owner, scoured through fabrics, shared my exact templates for the cushions and then was just left waiting for a quote. I followed up and was told it was awaiting approval. They wasted my time entirely. Still never heard back. They could've just said they didn't want the job. Luckily, I received great service at Classic House. Better fabrics and fantastic service. Got a quote on the spot. And got right to work. Wish I would've started there in the first place.

I signed the written agreement and paid for it, and was told The Wallpaper would be here in two weeks. two weeks went by, and I got a call from the store saying that my wallpaper was in, but the estimate they gave me was grossly underestimated. they would have to order it again and the price would be double what they originally quoted me. I asked if they could honor the written agreement and they said no. I asked to speak to the owner, and they said he was too busy. they did offer to give me a discount, but that would've still been twice the written agreement. I was offered a refund from the original purchase. I don't know how they managed to get the whole order so wrong for a small powder bathroom. any reputable company would've stood by their written agreement. I would stay far away from this business, unless of course you like a complete shit show!
