I've been working with Karen at Brandt's for 4 years now. Her store is where I go to for all of my design needs. From fabric to wallpaper to Hunter Douglas products and an in-house workroom, they have it all. As a local interior designer I've worked with many fabric stores over the years and nothing compares to Brandt's. They have the largest selection of vendors that I've ever seen in Arizona. And if I don't see something there that I need, Karen is always willing to search for the next best option, going above and beyond every time. She's the quickest and most dependable person I've ever met. She really puts the customer first. I would highly recommend this store to both designers and retail clients. I can't go on enough about what Brandt's has done for me as a student, employee and now customer. I first stumbled upon the store as a student. I came to Karen to ask for a summer internship. Karen was gracious enough to give me a position at Brandt's where I organized the showroom, helped customers and answered phones. I was able to sit in on meetings with the Brandt's design consultants and their clients to help learn the ropes. They help clients pick out fabric and wallpaper for their homes, educate people on Hunter Douglas products, and design window treatments and various furniture pieces that can be made in the Brandt's workroom onsite. It's amazing how many different jobs these ladies are able to take on. They are so experienced and knowledgeable. Karen and I developed an amazing relationship over my time there. Later, Karen graciously gave me a wonderful referral for a position with a major designer fabric source. Then a couple years later she recommended me for a position at Hyde Park Interior Design. They were looking for a new employee to work in their showroom and Karen recommended me. Again I got an interview and a step in the door to my dream job! I'm currently working at Hyde Park and can't believe my journey thanks to Karen and Brandt's. We are very sorry that this customer had an unacceptable experience with Brandts. We installed 11 blinds at the customer's home, and there was an issue with one of the blinds. It is true that 1 of her blinds did not fit/work properly, and was sent back to be adjusted. The cuts made on the shade were unacceptable, and Hunter Douglas re-made the blind. We made every effort to take care of these issues in a timely manner as they were brought to our attention. We installed the blinds in October, and it was brought to our attention by the installer that there was a problem with one of the blinds. It was sent back to Hunter Douglas to be cut down. When it was re-installed, we did not know there was still a problem with the cut out until the end of November. The shade had to be re-made, we went back out to the house, and the blind was re-installed. Brandts has been helping customers and designers in Arizona with blinds, windows treatments, custom bedding, and re-upholstery since 1947. It is very important to Brandts and Hunter Douglas, that our customers are satisfied with the products, installation, and services that they receive from us in a timely and professional manner. read more

This is the BEST fabric store in Arizona. I would never go anywhere else for fabric for my clients. All of the employees in the store are extremely helpful and make the fabric buying process easy. I'm able to take memo samples right off the racks (there are thousands to choose from) and bring them back to my office and my clients homes. If I need another sample for any reason, I can call any one of the ladies at Brandt's to have it shipped to me, my client or even Brandt's for pick up for free of charge. There have been multiple occasions when I didn't think that a vendor had enough stock and Karen was able to find more for me to complete a project. I don't know how she does it! She is so reliable and makes sure that I have all of my products on time to meet my deadlines for various jobs. I never have to worry about following up with her on anything that I've ordered. Overall, I would definitely recommend Brandt's for their huge selection of fabric and wallpaper. It 's amazing! read more

I heard about Brandt's Interiors as I was looking for something different and unique for my bedroom. I spent the day in their showroom looking through books of wallpaper. First their showroom is huge, they have fabrics that match the wallpaper but I had such a selection to chose from. It wasn't the run of the mill wallpaper either. They had wallpaper that looked like stone and just so many different styles. I am so excited about my new bedroom style. Just so grateful to have found such a unique place. I love this place! I am looking for wall paper for my bedroom. I have gone to many places to look. I was shocked at the wall paper selection they have. I mean seriously the most incredible wall paper selections. Specifically one that actually looks like real rocks and is textured like it with metallic accents. Love the Brandt's workroom! All the pieces in my house have now been reupholstered or made by Brandt's and they are beautiful.
