I though we might as well check out a company who literally has tuckpointing in there name- they must be the experts, right? After going through photos online we felt this was the company for the job and we sent an inquiry. Responses were fast and an appointment was made quickly. When they came to the house his mom was told that they could absolutely tackle the crack but that the brick porch was not a job they felt comfortable taking on due to too many bricks that needed replaced. This may sound like a bad thing- but we sincerely appreciated the honesty. Especially during this time of COVID-19, many businesses need our patronage more than ever. Having a company who knows what they do well and what is beyond a service that can be provided at a high quality level is a company we want to work with. They were able to complete the job with the crack across the from of the house and if you had never seen a before you wouldn't even be able to tell that a repair was made. They were very happy with the results and it has taken a weight off of their shoulders to know that further damage has been avoided by making these repairs. Very happy with the service!

Project completed in early spring and by December of 1st winter it was chipping, pitting and falling apart. This damage has gotten worse and goes all the way up and down the driveway. They did not level the work area (you can see it) and the apron was done very poorly as well. DO NOT HIRE. This is a family company and they are a disgrace through and through. How can you rip customers off for THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS and do a crappy job and walk away. How do they look in the mirror knowing this?

This was by far the worst remodeling experience I have ever had. From start to finish, it was a…read morecomplete disaster. I had multiple different contractors in my home, and in the process, they severely damaged my hardwood floors. What was supposed to be a one-week project dragged on for an outrageous six months! To make matters worse, we were forced to spend a week in a terrible hotel while they attempted to fix the floors they ruined. Class1 Pavers & Remodelers did pay for the hotel and half of our food, but that doesn't excuse their incompetence. Their lack of communication was unbelievable. Our home was completely unfurnished during Christmas week, leaving our out-of-state relatives with no choice but to book hotel rooms instead of staying with us as planned. When I confronted the company about their incompetence, a manager had the audacity to tell me that they were "bending over backwards" for me--simply for fixing what they damaged! That level of arrogance and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. My wife and I finally reached a breaking point and decided to cut our losses, refusing to let them continue working in our home. Every single aspect of this remodel was done incorrectly. To top it all off, they even tried to silence me by making me sign an NDA, preventing me from sharing my experience. Fortunately, I have proof of everything. If you're considering using Class1 Pavers & Remodelers, don't do it. If you ignore this warning, make sure to record every conversation, take pictures, and document everything--because you will need it. Stay far away from this company.
