I though we might as well check out a company who literally has tuckpointing in there name- they must be the experts, right? After going through photos online we felt this was the company for the job and we sent an inquiry. Responses were fast and an appointment was made quickly. When they came to the house his mom was told that they could absolutely tackle the crack but that the brick porch was not a job they felt comfortable taking on due to too many bricks that needed replaced. The company is family owned and operated, and I found both Mike Sr. and Mike Jr. to be very professional, experienced, and helpful. I also appreciate that Mike Jr. is a Navy veteran. Rob was the third man on the work crew that day, and he added to the competence of the entire operation. What I especially liked was that all of them offered an opinion any time I asked for one, and they took the time to answer questions that I had along the way. The main frustration was a delay with Lowe's delivering the fence materials (even though my fencing materials arrived at the store on July 10th, Lowe's didn't even deliver it on time by the August 20th install date!). After the installation, I had a couple of minor items that have required follow-up, and Mike Jr. has been very conscientious and responsive in getting back to me to address them.
