Just a brief background, I am patient from Pennsylvania who had a previous failed vasectomy reversal performed in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. My issues is with their billing. They have trouble with the billing codes for the insurance company. To make a ling story short. They never informed me of my out of pocket expenses. to date I have been billed ~ $3,500, the procedure was ~ $8,000.
