One was the entry door that would slam shut when trying to enter. After several "attempts" to fix it, it fell off the door as I entered and swung almost hitting me straight in the face. After that report they finally fixed it. Our AC is a newer model for the apartments, we generally call them monthly to fix it. As it stops working altogether or just blows out hot air. And when they show, we never know. No heads up, no courtesy call, mostly never show up, etc. Our most recent issue has been our neighbors that moved in late December. They smoke pot consistently which impacts both of our sinuses. We work from home so we live in it 24/7. We just want our door fixed so we can live in our own apartment. They have yet to resolve the issue, including setting up times that they never show, nor get back to us, as well as ignoring our phone calls. I called them 12 times in a row today before they finally answered. And I still am waiting. If you live in the back areas they don't give a care since no one can see it. Shudders hanging off the sides of the buildings, trash around, hazards everywhere. The "gated" community has become entirely laughable. I've come in with no sticker, seeing people I don't know working the gate, only to just let me through. Only about 1 or 2 do the job right. We don't feel safe here anymore in several different ways. Cars parked here without stickers to distinguish residents and visitors. No tickets on them advising they need to move their vehicle to a different location, it just goes on. If I could give this place a 0 star rating as of this very moment, I would. I don't reccomend this place in the slightest.

To get your "part" of the application fee you have to wait 1 month. In the meantime, we are searching for an apartment and would like to know the reason for denial so we know how to proceed. When you have an issue with your apartment don't expect to get it fixed. Same cabinet door was broken from the moment we moved in regardless of the countless times we put in a maintenance request and they state it was fixed. When my wife and I signed our lease rent was $1645 a month but shortly after 2 months we were paying almost $2,000. They talk about security but the doors were constantly broken, elevator broke down as well, washer and dryer never worked (so much for a brand new place). To park in the front row you had to pay an additional $65 a month or your car would be towed. On top of all this I have never felt so violated, we get an email stating they are letting a stranger into our home for an inspection. They do not mention what the inspection is for, they do not tell you a time they would be doing this inspection in case you want to be home for it. They do not tell you if anyone even came. I purchased cameras just for this incident and the man comes in looks around my house and walks out. Never seen this man around the apartment before. And a little advice for you considering moving into those apartment. Many people have cut there lease short. They prefer to pay extra fees to get out of this place. There is at least 15-20 of them that have decided this is their new hang out. They are smoking weed at the pool, threatening to fight kids that live here, running thru the whole complex, checking peoples cars, cussing very loudly and out of control with no one doing anything about it. I have left messages for the staff with no return call. This past weekend a very large group stayed right outside the breezeway and lawn of our building for at least an hour cussing, rough housing, twerking, smoking weed, running up and down the roads, riding a small motorcycle very fast thru the complex. We need security here on the weekends ASAP before something happens. Your residents do not deserve this, we pay to live in luxury apartments that feel safe. I no longer feel safe here until this is corrected and we have some sort of protection.

Now he is intending to sue me for the full security deposit when I told him I couldn't afford the non-disclosed double security deposit.

Following that, as soon as he was notified I would be selling my home and not renewing my contract with him, he stopped communicating to me in a timely fashion. He then failed to get possession of the keys to my home from the tenant in a timely manner, failed to conduct a final inspection in a timely manner (which prevented me from having repairs made at the tenants expense), failed to notify me of damage to my home, and failed to provide access to my realtor to list the home. I'm now left with holes and rot in my garage that he's refusing to repair and instead told me "I don't work for you anymore".
