I loved attending school here! First of all, beautiful campus in the central Florida region. My…read moreoverall experience was pretty great with classes, professors, staff, other students. People really care about you here! Great Christian atmosphere, lots of serving opportunities in the community. There's improvements they definitely could make, as no school is without its faults. The school gym hours are only for athletes, unless a few evening hours you're open. Although the gym partnership with Crunch is nice, it's a 20 min drive one away, which takes a lot of time. School communication regarding sporting events (besides football) could be better. Additionally, another meal restaurant/option on campus would be nice.

I came pleading with you to help recover important files, and what happened? Your I.T. department didn't take even five minutes to see if there was something they could do. They just decided that they can't help me. While I can take responsibility knowing I messed up with transferring the files from my old school's email, I can rest assure you that not being proactive in helping their students is their normal formula. So thank you, Southeastern. Thank you for nothing as always.

Tiffany Anderson, Staff Assistant, also operates with glowing professionalism by showcasing personable qualities mixed with professional practices. The dynamic duo is always available and they respond to any type of contact in a timely and accurate manner. These two handle all matters pertaining to students, registration, guidance, and counseling. They respect all individuals and truly guide the students to success by making all resources available from day one. Call or email to receive more information from these two amazing ladies. The class sizes are small, but allow plenty of room for growth and learning for any type of individual. Students of all ages are welcome to participate in the active learning process and excel in one's career by accomplishing his or her educational goals. The classes are offered with in person instruction or by VTT (Video Teaching & Teleconferencing). The VTT capability allows centers from all over the country to join together in the learning process via webcam. The Monitor is an interactive TV around 80" or so in size. Cameras are mounted in the front and back of the classroom with microphones installed in the ceiling. The microphones pick up every sound possible, so be careful when you unmute your microphone :). Guidance and assistance are free of charge so take advantage of the all the information that can be afforded to you as a student. I am extremely happy to be a part of this growing and emerging center and will recommend this center to anyone looking to properly pursue his or her educational goals with precision.

Casale and built in 1928 when the town of Lakeland had only 15,000 residents. The Polk Theatre opened on December 22, 1928 with Pauline Frederick in "On Trial". This theatre has the distinction of having the first air conditioning system in the county which pumped artesian well water to cool the building. Other features of the theatre include a mezzanine, a high balcony, a Venetian piazza backdrop, an orchestra pit, a cloud ceiling against which images of twinkling stars are projected, and terrazzo flooring. In 1941 the Polk Theatre was operated by Paramount Pictures Inc. through their subsidiary E.J. Sparks. In December 1978 it was taken over by Plitt Theatres. On September 23, 1984 the theatre was closed for low attendance after a showing of Jim Henson's "The Muppets Take Manhattan". A group of concerned people got together to save the historic theatre from demolition. It was purchased for $300,000 with a grant from the state. On October 15, 1984 the Polk Theatre reopened as a performing arts venue. The Polk Theatre was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1993. Today the theatre has a live performing arts series as well as independent films and special events. In December the event calendar is filled with classic films and a performance of the Nutcracker. Tickets can be purchased through the Polk Theatre website.
