Very poor business plan! This website claimed to have tickets at a lower price and you had to pick up vouchers for the show we attended with them. High pressure timeshare pitch! There are eight of us traveling together. They required at least four of us with our driver's license information to get our vouchers. Very disappointed and will never use this company ever again. I had a very disappointing experience with BransonShows.com. I called to inquire about show tickets that I did not authorized. The Email made it seem like I was getting a gift for purchasing tickets to another show. When I called to tell them that I did not want those tickets because of the cost involved, they said that they could only do a partial refund. They had charged my credit card automatically because of the other tickets that I purchased. When I realized what had happened and contacted them, I was told they would not refund the full amount, even though the ticket was never something I knowingly or willingly agreed to buy. I explained the situation clearly, but their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. It feels like they prioritize sales over honesty, and once they have your money, they make it incredibly difficult to get it back -- even when it's a very misleading email. This is not how you build trust with customers. Be very careful when dealing with BransonShows.com. Scammy, Misleading, and a Total Nightmare -- Avoid at All Costs! This website completely ruined part of my vacation. They advertised a "Buy One Get One Free" deal on tickets, but doubled the original price, so there was nothing free about it--just a deceptive trick to overcharge customers. Worse, after I made a payment, they kept contacting me saying it hadn't gone through, even though it had. Then they charged me three separate times. On top of that, they claimed I had purchased tickets to an acrobat show that I never selected--and yes, they charged me for those too. When I reached out for help, customer service was completely unhelpful and refused to process a refund. I had to dispute the charges through my bank, which left me without a debit card during my vacation while waiting for a new one to ship. I couldn't even access my funds until I was finally able to add the replacement to Apple Wallet. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly preys on tourists. Branson shows.com (Branson Shows & Tickets) is an absolute SCAM! Do not buy from them. Go directly to the venue website and buy your tickets direct. Not knowing the scam, we ordered show tickets online from BransonShows.com. My wife and I both received about 4 each emails plus text messages for two weeks prior telling us to come pick up the tickets at least one day in advance of the show. So we arrive in Branson a day early to do so. Arriving at the ticket office address, the sign only says "Tickets". My wife goes in with our order confirmation number, and returns to say they require both of us to go in with IDs. So I go. There are about 10 people behind counters. The gentleman starts recording all our drivers license numbers and address, and asks for our phone numbers. Why I ask? Just want my tickets. He then asks what hotel we are staying. Why? He then asks what restaurants we are trying and what times we are leaving or looking at other shows. He is recording everything on a large form for both me + the wife. I ask him why again. Just want my tickets. He says he works for Wyndham (no indication in the building whatsoever). I tell him I do not wish to talk even one minute about Wyndham. He disrespectingly ignores me and begins talking about Wyndham. I say thanks for doing your job but please no Wyndham sales pitch or discussion. He ignores my request twice. Starts questioning me. Says we can't leave with tickets until we speak to his manager. Grinning Mgr comes over to shake hands and starts questioning. I shook his hand and said have a nice day. Just want my tickets. I don't get them. So I stopped their lying mouths from talking when I said I'm going to the car and they can give our tickets to my wife. I turned and left with their jaws agape. Wife comes to the car in one minute with ticket "vouchers" which I hope will trade for real tickets. The trick is: one spouse has to leave, as they cannot do their sales pitch unless both of the couple are present! Otherwise it would have been a 2 our hard sell! Please be warned: do not ever use this company. They were required to make a refund to us. Instead, they called me and claimed they made a mistake and refunded us too much then asked us to... over the phone....for our credit card to charge us again!!! Thus company will get you some tickets but they are always making mistakes then they will not make things right with you. They will never offer any support or refund if they make an error that causes you to miss something . They will put you on the phone with an older lady who claims she is only trying to be helpful. i did the bogo and i really didn't get one free. they charged me $54.00 for taxes and fees! so in reality i only got one free ticket!! when i ordered the tickets i had the option of having them sent to my email or snail mail. i picked email. well all you get is the itinerary and told me since i purchased the tickets i was the one that had to pick the tickets up. im like are you fn kidding me??!! i told them this was a christmas gift for my dad who lives there. i live in indiana. they just kept telling me i had to pick them up or my bf had to since his paypal was used to purchase the tickets. i don't know how many times i told them i can't pick them up! i asked if my dads name name could be put on the order.....for a fee...i said cancel my order....for a fee. so i asked to talk to manager and i told her they charge me anything like that i will dispute with credit card company because i didnt authorize the them to charge me. so then she told me i could get dads name on order and if i did that i couldnt cancel. i said ok. so now my dad has to pick up his own christmas gifts!! i think they get a lot of complaints because when i got transfered to supervisor the meassge said: i understand you're probably upset. please speak calmly to reprsentative. said something else but i don't rember. so that tells me they are used to speaking with upset people. i think its a scam! when i get charged $54.00 taxes and fees that takes away one free ticket. so in reality im paying for 3 tickets. and they cant email or snail mail like the options i had. then to try to charge all those fees!!! i will never use them again! i will go straight to the place that's having the show. tickets from there probably are cheaper! so $54.00 in taxes and fees is part of my dads christmas! how do you like that??!! read more

Sure they tried pitching their timeshares to me, and the tickets weren't the huge discounts they claimed on the website. But the seats were amazing! We bought tickets to 4 shows, and we're never more than 8 rows from the stage! As for their "high pressure" sales pitch.... They gave a 60 second blurb about a service they offer, I wasn't interested, so I said "no thanks" and that was that. Worst treatment EVER!!! I cane to Branson Missouri because my sister begged me to. As we were coming into town we saw sign for ticket's go to branson shows com. I did and I ordered 2 ticket's to see Funny Farm Dinner Fued. I couldn't get into email so I called to ask if I could will call the ticket's. The company said we will have you pick tickets up and where I could go. They informed me I had also ordered Oak Ridge Boys. Never ordered them. I informed her, she said she would try to cancel it. Long story short, she sent me to a pack if wolves that are making me go to their 2 hr spew in the morning. So now I didn't get to the Funny Farm nor Ever planned on Oak Ridge Boys. I would have given zero stars if possible. This website is a total ripoff! I purchased 3 adult tickets to the Haygoods show... I also have a military discount, senior and AAA discount. The per ticket price it turns out is $20 more per ticket than directly through the venue. The buy one get one free is fake when the price is already overpriced. I called and spoke to supervisor Cathy... no help at all and rude! This is no way to run a customer service business. I know what good customer service is but apparently this company and it's supervisor, Cathy, have no concept of what that entails. I urge you not to use this company! We reserved a number of shows for June of 2021. Due to the Branson City Council lifting all Covid protocals we attempted to cancel our plans. Branson Shows has very poor policies and will keep your money or at least part of it. 50% for the Show boat no matter how far in advance of the show. Protocals were removed April 13 and most venues are not requiring social distancing or masks due to this move. Covid cancelations should be 100% refundable. read more
