Save on Branson was outstanding and made our trip much easier. They helped us secure tickets to several shows at a very reasonable cost, and the service was excellent from start to finish. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We saw nine shows in five days and had a fantastic time, and Save on Branson played a big part in making that happen. We are very disappointed in this trip to Branson with SAV ON BRANSON. We were moved from the usual 3 to 2 1/2 star Thousand something hotel to A NO STAR Econo Lodge on Shepherd of the Hills. The ceiling above 1- bed leaked, the heater was an old-fashioned motel heater that wasn't digital that either would get too hot in the room or would blow cold air. The tub had cigarette burns on it and the shower head didn't divert all the water from the fawcett to the shower head. And the breakfast was a joke, no eggs or bacon or sausage. The blue berry rolls were old. Sales pitch didn't start on time and ran long and no daily maid service. .. had to ask for extra towels. Bed uncomfortable and Noisy as all hell when you got in the middle of the night. SAVE on Branson really could do a better job of screening with an Income to Expense ratio and resource level to pay cash up front. read more

The 90 minute talk started with breakfast (which we did not take) & they tried to tell us we could not leave after 90 minutes "because that did not include breakfast time". Could not come close to the price we pay for cruises. Keep having different people try to pressure us. We purchased their additional 3 night package with no talk but even giving 4 month notice for a 4 week window to use could not get in. She booked our shows for the wrong day and then got on the phone with the theater and told them we said stuff that was not said. We have used them many times and been happy except for THE VACATION PACKAGE where you have to pay( It was not a small amount of money and over $100) to go into a website just to look at what was available and then there were plenty more fees after that. Well before we paid the money I started looking at complaints with this package and there were so many. This company put us in a condo that has disgusting carpet. Stains everywhere. I can barely stand to walk around without shoes let along without socks. Stains on the pillows that sit on top of this furniture from FEMA. I sleep almost fully clothed and don't do that at our actual condo bc it just feels dirty in here. I will never, ever stay or book through this company again. Beds are terrible too. We're on the bottom floor of this place which feels like a basement. Please don't subject yourself to these awful people and their terrible up sales. Outlets don't work. They don't want you to raise the air above 75 and the temp outside is 17 degrees. It was totally deceptive. We were told on the phone we could pick up tickets and do a review at the same time. Back to back. That wasn't the case. We were also told we would be in and out of a 55 minute presentation on a travel club( not time share). That was not the case either. It was a review about timeshare liquidation. We were in No way ready to liquidate our timeshare. So then they sent us back to the ticket distribution place where we were told we didn't qualify for our promised free tickets. Finally we had to pay more money to have them downgrade our show seat tickets. I did not dare write this review until after we attended the show yesterday in case they reneged on their word and withdrew our tickets. Not worth the hassle!! read more

While they live up to their promise and keep their word, by giving you great deals-- my only suuggestion would be for you to do your own research when choosing entertainment/shows to attend. I can tell they strive to make your customer service experience as seamless as possible; however, their reviews of certain shows may not be to your liking. Typically I'd give them 5-Stars but due to one of their reps falsely depicting a show, I'm giving them 4-stars. Nonetheless they tried their hardest to make my family happy and I especially thank Dale for answering the phone after business hours. Thanks to them, we attended a 1.5-hr presentation and received free tickets to The Titanic Museum, dinner gift cards, and tickets to a concert. We were told over the phone a 30 min travel presentation. When we finally received the email 3 days later there was a 90 min presentation Also we found out that we need to travel to a different location other than the Welcome Center. We are disputing the charge on our card. I hope that no one else who doesn't want a pressure sale approach falls for this company. I called and was promised a return call. I am still waiting by the phone. I doubt they will call me back. I was able to come to an agreement over the phone. It took a few calls So not as bad, as first thought. I don't feel like I got the best deal. I stayed at A Thousand Hills Resort and it was the absolute worst stay of my life. I called save on Branson for help and NEVER received any call back or help not even any accommodations. When I first arrived to my hotel I had to wait until 7pm with a party of 14 to get in any of our rooms. Room service was horrible I had to grab my own tissue and sheets from a cart I seen in the hallway. I called 4 times over two days for pillows. The best part was Shilohs the coffee cafe. When we decided on Branson, I was researching and found Save on Branson. I obviously wasn't aware it required a sales preview with my severely discounted tickets. We previewed Westgate's travel program and to be honest, I didn't go in with an open mind but with the attitude that I simply wanted to get it done. For everything we got, I'd sit through the presentation again. We ended up with tickets to the Vigilante Ziprider, Anthems of Rock, The Haygoods and Reza for $50 PLUS I got $100. I had a list of interests and Alex helped narrow them down based on shows he's seen. The Vigilante ended up getting struck by lightening so I went back and they happily switched us out for the Legends show. We ended up with SECOND row seats!! Every show, our seats were amazing, 4th, 9th and 11th center. Staff was kind, helpful and I would use them again. Only one negative, we were told it would be an hour presentation and we can leave immediately after. It was a 2 hour presentation and fairly high pressure sales. read more

Save on Branson offers very good prices on show tickets as long as you agree to a "90 minutes" presentation of an opportunity to purchase membership in a travel club. My wife and I wound up paying $109 for 2 tickets to 4 different shows that would have cost $442 at normal prices. That is a great price and we have no complaints about the quality of the tickets we received. Save on Branson as a company seems to be a fine company to deal with. The problem is with the companies who are providing the "90 minute" presentations. We were placed with a company called Excursions. The presentation itself lasted almost 90 minutes and then we had to deal with four different individuals before we could get out of there with the signed form we needed to return to Save on Branson in order not to have to pay the difference between the normal and discounted prices. They just would not take "no" for an answer. We were called "dishonest" and they threatened not to sign the form until they presented every last opportunity at ever reduced prices. All they were doing was making me mad and there was not a chance I would deal with that company. The ticket prices are great but think twice before you subject yourself to the presentation - especially if it is from Excursions. We had reservations for Branson and because of our age and COVID restrictions we had to cancel our trip. Everyone has refunded our money but Save on Branson. They refused last November when we cancelled. Said would hold credit for 2 years. Told that was not what we wanted. still refused. I then lodged a complaint and later heard from Lucas who said that they were sorry and would refund. Was a very nice young man. Was very polite and thoughtful in conversation. He told me I would get the refund and then to post a review that I received a refund. I almost did it that day...I have since received 2 months of credit card statements and NO REFUND. My husband and I went with another couple May 7-11 24. We scheduled this trip in October. Everytime we talked with a representative about our plans we mentioned that we would be traveling with another couple. We told them that we wanted our rooms close to each other and we wanted to sit together at the shows. To begin with they scheduled our time share events at two separate times. We drove together!!!! we were not told about that before hand. That would have been five hours out of our day. We were upset about it. I told the guy that if we had known that we would not of scheduled with them. We were then told that we could pay an extra $69 per couple to get out of going to the time share. we paid it. When we got to the hotel we were put on separate floors. We were sat on separate rows at all the shows we choose. We went with friends to be with them. We were totally upset. While I was booking every thing over the phone, it sounded like a wonderful deal. I was told in the beginning that all I needed to do was brag on our trip when we got back home. Jared did tell me there was some sort of presentation for approx. 90 minutes. I asked if it was a timeshare thing because I didn't want to attend for timeshare. When we arrived we got our tickets and we're asked to sign a bunch of stuff very quickly. We realized I had booked a show on the wrong night so they changed it to a show, Abba. Horrible show. would not recommen. The next morning we were scheduled for the presentation. Naturally we are 12 hrs away and we got lost. We were 15 minutes late so they wanted to reschedule but we couldn't. I had to end up paying $240.00. This is definitely a rip off. They wanted us to brag. This is nothing to brag about. But tonight I went through the website for each individual activity we booked today and it was $21 LESS than I spent at Save on Branson...of course that doesn't include taxes and fees or whatever. Horrible people to deal with! I purchased Tickets to wonder works on Friday night. 3 adults and 1 child. Two people in our party had to leave however we had another adult and child who were able to take their place and use the tickets. I just Received a very ugly voicemail from a lady that said we committed theft by using the tickets and had called and asked them for a refund. I called Back and explained that I never called to cancel anything. The lady was so rude towards me and continued to accuse me of this even after I said For her to watch her cameras and then call me back and apologize for her accusations and nasty attitude. I'm not sure if we got a deal on tickets or not. I don't have a clue how much these show tickets were but I know what we paid. Also I was advised that there wasn't any tickets for one particular show, I got tickets today for an open show tomorrow. Further, I was never advised that my party had to sit through a RCI/Excursions meeting until I picked up my tickets. The individuals entering the meeting place was fairly nice, when we said we didn't want anything they got nasty with us - no need for that. Rating for Save on Branson is a one (1) star, two (2) for everything else. Most of the show's have been outstanding so far. read more

I'd give this company -10 stars if I could. This place is shady at hell. Just pay the extra money for your tickets. They have separate rules for single women that are discriminatory and when they explained it to me they said that all timeshare companies discriminate against women. That's just not true. I own 2 timeshares and when I paid cash for them they didn't care about my marital status or how much money I make. If they want only qualified buyers then be up front but don't discriminate against women. I can't wait to show the paperwork to feminist activist group.
