My husband wanted to go to Branson but unfortunately passed away before we could make it. I have requested Branson Travel stop contacting me at least 20 times since his death. They keep calling. i have blocked their number but they call from another number. The past number of times they have called, I tell them I don't wish for them to contact me again and they have been told that many time previously. The person (each time it is the same guy) tells me I never told him. He continues to talk over me until I just hang up. Stay away from this group. They will hound you beyond belief. read more

This is the second year I've used the Branson Travel Office, which is privately owned, and the second year I've been completely delighted and satisfied with their services. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was promised tickets to several shows...spent an hour in there for this transaction. Got up at 7:00 on my vacation to go to a travel club sales pitch to be told I didn't qualify because my husband isn't traveling with me. What kind of backward, sexist thinking is that?! Then even though it was their mistake they did not honor their commitment. I showed up, I have a decent income...double their required income. I held up my end...they did not!!! read more

BTO (Branson Travel Office) promised us a $100 refund after attending a sales presentation for a time share/vacation club at wg(westgate)(which we attempted to attend to full fill our obligation.  Also Part of the qualification was not owning a wg time share, in 2016 we bought a wg timeshare & cancelled the transaction within the 5 business day requirement because they tried to defraud us. wg refused to refund our $100 & sent us to bto across town. At bto I spoke w/Jeremia Froyland owner/manager at bto & he refused to refund my $100 & became very belligerent & rude to me. I filed a complaint with BBB St Louis, MO & Mr Froyland refuses to refund my $100.  Here is a copy of my response to his refusal: I am rejecting this response because:Jeremia Froyland initially introduced himself to me as a manager, (he revealed to me in the last part of our conversation that he was the OWNER), during our discussion with me Jeremia Froyland was anything but cordial or polite.  He was VERY condescending & evasive in his answers just trying to get rid of me the same way Westgate had just treated me that morning, not truthful & misrepresenting their offer.  As I stated in 2016 we did purchase a time-share & upon discovering they had mislead us about the unit we had purchased we CANCELED our agreement within the legal 5 business day window to exercise this right.  So as I stated when I bought this package I do NOT own a timeshare!  IF I had known this was a Westgate promotion I would have NEVER bought this promotion.  My wife & I took time out of our vacation to go to the presentation, fill out the paperwork, go through the initial interview, & was in the sales presentation when WG personnel came in & removed us.  We have full filled our obligation & are entitled to our promised $100. Jeremia Froyland, the OWNER could have easily handled my issue instead of trying to pacify me with useless excuses & lying just trying to get rid of me. Of course whoever works for Jeremia Froyland is going to have to ask for his approval to pay me!  Instead, he chose to say he could not handle this issue & someone else who worked there would have to handle it later that week when they returned.  Jeremia Froyland did everything he could to brush me off & get rid of me knowing full well that I lived out of state making it difficult for me to handle this issue. I have only attended 2 time share presentations in my life.  I have traveled to Branson many times & I have NEVER experienced such a horrible & deceiving experience while vacationing in Branson.  Until this visit EVERYONE I have interacted with in Branson has been WONDERFUL.  As a former 15+ year retail business owner I understand how a business is obligated to treat its customers, my intreaction with WESTGATE RESORTS and Jeremia Froyland owner of BRANSON TRAVEL OFFICE is a very good example of how NOT to treat your customers. read more

I used this travel office for the first time. I must say they were dependable, and a pleasure to do business with. My family did have one scheduling conflict and Branson Travel Office handled our problem professionally. We ordered around $2,000 worth of shows and attractions and we received the best tickets to all the events just as I would have hand picked them. After traveling 7 hours to vacation in Branson we drive straight to the travel center to pick up our tickets (we used them for over $700 worth of tickets). We arrive with a THREE yr old that desperately needs to go potty and they send us across the street to use a filthy public restroom!! If this is a "policy" put in place by ownership - it is terrible customer service and completely shows that you truly do not care to serve your clientele. We visit Branson often and this is our first time using the travel center and it WILL be our last!! You completely discounted any good experience that we had!! read more

It takes a lot for me to take time to write a review, positive or negative. In this particular case, I feel obligated as a consumer to warn others of Branson Travel Office. When we called Branson Travel Office to make reservations at Fairway Condos for the weekend, we were ensured that they had an indoor pool to use (since we were visiting during a cold month). We have a two year old who's main mission in life is to swim. A place to swim is one of our only requirements when looking for a weekend getaway. When we arrived at the condo, the place was really nice. Plenty of space, and pretty accessible to the parts of Branson we were interested in visiting. After the 4 hour drive to Branson, my son was ready to swim! We got our swimsuits on and set out for the indoor pool that we were told was "right across the street". After driving around the complex for a while, the only place that seemed like it could be a pool, was the pool of another condo complex that had nothing to do with our condo. I was met by a stern lady who was in the middle of a board meeting for the complex. She asked me where we were staying, and when she found out we weren't staying in their complex, she quickly turned me away. We called the Branson Travel Office thinking we must have just missed the pool area to our complex. The person on the phone with my mom explained there wasn't actually a pool in our complex, but that they would be able to get us in to the pool across the street (which is where we were just turned away from). Sounds shady, because it was shady. After waiting 20 minutes for a call back from Branson Travel Office, my mom decided to talk to the stern lady in the middle of her board meeting to see if they would make an exception for a cranky 2 year old that just wanted to swim. When my mom explained what had happened, the lady told my mom that Branson Travel Office had tried to pull this many times before, there was no way they were going to let us swim. The entire board meeting listened to my mom tell our story, and they were very adamant about reporting this situation as it had occurred too many times before. Still no phone call from Branson Travel Office, so we decided to make the trip to the office in person. As we were pulling up to the office, some 30+ minutes after the initial call, Branson Travel Office called back. No pool access. They must have been denied by the same stern lady we were denied by... After a 20 minute conversation with the Branson Travel Office agent, we left with a disappointed two year old, and a $60 discount for the night. They refused to comp us tickets to the indoor swim park for the weekend because they told us that cost would come out of their pocket (I couldn't care less). After wasting 2 1/2 hours looking for a pool that didn't exist, and trying to explain to my 2 year old, that we weren't going to be swimming, that $60 felt pretty insulting. One more thing: the "discounted tickets" to Dixie Stampede that we purchased through Branson Travel Office actually cost us $5 more a ticket (that's $20 extra for our family) than what they would have cost us had we just bought our tickets at the show. Had we done more research, we could have avoided this one, but a company that tells you over the phone they can save you money on tickets to shows...just seemed like the easy way to get everything taken care of in one phone call. We enjoyed our weekend despite the customer service of Branson Travel Office. We won't ever use them again, and I hope this review saves you a little bit of trouble. read more
