The salesman, Bob set the expectation that they were on back order, guesstimated 2-3 month wait time as the manufacturer was behind. Made sense to me. I followed up monthly - checking in. Was told repeatedly, it hasn't come in yet, it was ordered - we're at the mercy of the manufacturer, you're at the top of the list, they're showing up everyday now, etc. Two weeks ago I called for an update and spoke with Gina the assistant sales manager. Gina put me on hold, and came back moments later to break the news to me, they never ordered my unit. The salesperson should have told me that months ago - this apparently wasn't breaking news. She felt terrible- I believed her. Gina refunded my money the next day, and assured me an owner would call me the following Monday - two days later. Wait for it, they never called, and haven't called. All I wanted was an explanation. Since then, I've purchased something else. Supply chain issues are a real issue - I get it. But have the decency to shoot your clients straight. If you made a mistake - own it. Mistakes happen - it's OK. It feels good to acknowledge and own up to mistakes.

After making a counter offer on a boat they were selling for a third party, we suggested making a deposit to show our good faith. Hunter said that wasn't necessary as, "I won't sell it out from under you." Imagine our surprise to find the boat gone from the lot! When asked, Hunter admitted he sold it. He had not contacted us to see if we might increase the offer. And did he even present our offer to the boat owner? He tried to cover-up this gross behavior by saying he left us a voicemail. Since we had provided our landline phone number, which is connected to a recording device, we knew this to be untrue. In hindsight we should have checked with their yelp reviews, and then we would have have been forwarded, "Let the buyer beware." In our estimation, neither company nor their employee are creditable representatives of good will and fair dealing we should expect in the Ozarks. And that is the kindest thing we can say.

One week later, they called to tell me the machine repairs were completed, and they delivered it back to me later that day. Upon inspection, I found a 5" rip in the driver's seat, which was not there when they originally picked it up. I immediately called them up and spoke to Julie Feagans, Operations Manager of this business. She asked me to send her a picture of the ripped seat, which I did. She then called me, and said she did not believe they were responsible for this rip. She also had the Service Manager on the line, and he proceeded to tell me that he took pictures of this machine earlier that morning, and the rip was in the picture at that time, and that the seat showed major wear and tear. Really? (see picture) They picked the machine up one week before, had it in their shop for an entire week, but because he took a picture of the rip on the morning of the return, that means the rip was already there? And this seat was like new, as you can see in the picture. There was no wear and tear visible anywhere on the seat as he claimed. So, he lies to the Operations Manager, and she just takes his word for it? She even told me originally that she talked to the person that worked on my machine, and he told her he never saw the rip. So, in my opinion, this business can't be trusted with your equipment, and if they damage it, they will not take responsibility for what they do! Beware, and find a reputable dealer to work on your equipment so you don't end up with a damaged machine like I did. They will not take responsibility and will not make it right if they damage it!

    We rented the Astoria for a 3 night vacation and had a wonderful time. When we arrived the boat was…read moreready to go (actually an hour early) and were met by a full crew with carts at our vehicle ready to transport all our stuff to the boat. They also loaded all our stuff on the boat. Check in was easy and efficient. The Captain walked us thru the boat explaining everything we needed to know for our trip and answered all our questions. During the initial briefing the Captain walked us thru a map of the lake and made some recommendations for beaching. After piloting us out of the marina he offered to demonstrate beaching in a nearby cove which we happily accepted. It was a great location and we ended up staying there that night and relocated the next day. The boat operated flawlessly during our trip and they met us promptly on the morning of our return date which was important to us because we had plans to spend the day at Silver Dollar City. The captain quickly got us into the fuel dock for refuel and pump out. When we arrived back at the dock we were again met by a happy and efficient crew which unloaded our stuff and transported it all to our vehicle. Check out was also quick and efficient. We highly recommend them and would happily book with them agIan.

    This place has potential but failed to deliver on the "customer service" side of our business…read moretransaction. Let me first start out by saying that I am not an "experienced" pontoon boat operator but I have been driving jet skis since I was 12, I'm 26 now. The reason that I am completely dissatisfied and will not ever do business there again is because when I was wanting to dispute things past the manager that was on site, I was told that there was no position of authority higher than him, that I would be allowed to attempt to resolve the issue with. The exact problem was that I put a slight bend on one of the blades on the prop. I fully acknowledged and admitted to the personnel that I accidentally bent one of the blades, and asked how to proceed. I asked if it could be repaired because the bend was so minor and I was told that a new prop could be hammered on to correct slight bends. Apparently I was also incorrectly told by staff before we rented our boat that we did have a new prop, but that didn't matter when it was brought up. The bottom line was that they said the prop was not repairable, and even if it wasn't, the customer service I experienced shortly after is what sealed the deal in my book. I was told by the manager on hand, Dylan, that we would be charged for replacing the prop. I simply wanted to talk to someone else, get a second opinion of sorts or be able to at least have another person hear me out. I was told by Dylan that he was the highest authority and that the owner DID NOT talk to customers, which is a red flag to me. So in conclusion, after we compromised on several things including no speedometer, a BBQ lid with a broken hinge, and a broken gas gauge that showed 3/4 of a tank when there was only 5 gallons of fuel left, we were rudely told that further discussion of any of our concerns were finished and that there was no other resolution available. I urge everyone to consider a boat rental place that gladly will allow you to talk to the owner to discuss concerns and is proud to put customer satisfaction first unlike Table Rock Lake Pontoon Rentals.
