The services were approved through my medical plan, primary and secondary dental insurance. They have been paid several times and also required me to pay $1,000 out of pocket. this dental office is contracting as in-network with my insurance company but i was originally told they don't send claims on customer behalf (dont let them lie to yoy) I have spent months and 40 plus hours to verify this claim was paid correctly with my insurance (something the office should be doing and not me!) They have given me the run around and the office and office manager don't know how to do their job correctly and telling me they never received payment from anyone (even though I had check numbers from myself, my insurance company and cash out dates). I don't know what kind morons they hire to process their claims but beware they are shady and good luck trying to get your money back from them. There are truly incompetent people running this facility. Go somewhere else you've been warned. it's so sad that customers go here and have to do the job their office should be doing. I will be putting in a complaint with the BBB. please save yourself a huge headache and go somewhere else.

Dr Brar and team have been taking care of me for over six years and for that entire time my experience has been nothing but stellar. Today we completed the crown and bridge work that started three months ago with the installation of five implants. I spent 2-1/2 hours in the chair experiencing Dr Brar's uncompromising pursuit towards perfection which resulted in a most natural look and natural bite one could ever hope for. The man is a cut above. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the care he has given me. She told her to stop being a cry baby or she would make her mom leave the room. She calmed down because of the threat, and allowed the treatments to start. She put the nitrous over her nose and she again was scared. Instead of reassuring her she would be okay, she screamed at her and counted to 3. Threaten to turn the TV off and kick mom out if she got to 3. My daughter cried silently and had fear in her eyes. After she finally calmed down, they tried to put something in her mouth to catch any fluids so she wouldn't swallow them. She was very scared of it, and tried to explain that she didn't want it. Again, instead of reassuring her, she and her assistant held her down to the table and forced the "pillow" into her mouth. She screamed and screamed and writhed on the table. She told me that she would calm down in a second. She didn't calm down. Dr. Mina told her she was a naughty girl, told me (mom) to leave the room, and said the TV was going off. My daughter screamed that she was choking her, but Dr. Mina said "you're choking yourself, don't be a baby." We did not finish the treatment, and we will be looking elsewhere for dental work. She has no business being around children, and needs to work on her bedside manner.
