Just because she called him "bud" and "friend " in an automatic manner doesn't reflect care , support or pediatric level skills. I have being seeing Dr. Kurland for years, she is an excellent, caring, skilled dentist. But I have recently had a series of negative experiences with other departments in the practice. In Orthodontics, it feels like they are constantly giving you the hard sell. Even though I declined a suggested recommendation (after they said there was no definitive medical benefit), they kept asking me at every single cleaning my kid had for years. The orthodontist seemed to be just assuming that it was foregone conclusion that we would just jump right into $10,000 worth of work just because she said so. Most of the recommendations for ortho are just for esthetics and not medically necessary so it is not a foregone conclusion. And when I had questions I was left with only the non-medical sales person. The last straw was a recent oral surgery consultation. Dr. Lee was cold & invalidating and seemed impatient about answering questions (even turned his back to me to write notes to signal he was done). I know bedside manner and answering questions isn't important for everyone to have in an oral surgeon but as an anxious patient, it is for me. Has really turned me off to the practice, we will be taking our dental care elsewhere. read more

Oral surgery staff and Dr. Lee are all great! Our 17 y/o daughter had her four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Lee and he was kind, gentle, and very skilled. She had concerns a week out from surgery that she wanted addressed and they got her right in. He compassionately reassured her and addressed her concerns. I highly recommend him! read more

I do not recommend utilizing Linder Dental (Dr Lee) for oral surgery. Dr Lee traumatized a child yesterday. He was supposed to remove 7 teeth and instead only removed 6. Once the child was awake, Dr Lee realized the 7th tooth needed to be pulled. He proceeded with Novocain and pulled the tooth while the child was screaming and crying. Linder Dental has taken pride in ensuring dentistry for scared patients. Yesterday, Dr Lee ruined that reputation and left a child traumatized. $3,000 for a horrible hour and a half experience. read more

I've been going to Lindner Dental since i was very young. I'm very close with many of the employees there and since they added oral surgery, the practice has gotten even better! Alisa, Ari, Michele, and Dr. Lee are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They will keep you laughing, and ease all of your nerves. Ok, I'm putting my review under the Associates, but this 100% encompasses Dr. Gary and Rochelle Lindner as well. I've been going to Dr. Lindner for 10 years now, and I just love them. They've moved from their old facility into a brand-new, modern, spotless building with video games and a kids' room--and oh, how I appreciate it since I have 4 younger siblings. Needless to say, I've spent more than my fair share here. Both Dr. Gary and Rochelle are wonderful; they've remembered things about me that I don't even remember sharing, they know where I'm at school, what I'm studying, ask about my family...it's wonderful. The whole staff is pretty much as close to that family feeling as possible in a Doctor-patient relationship. Their cleanings are prompt and thorough, and they've used all the means in their power to make you comfortable during fillings. They once gave me 3 Novocaine shots since I'm apparently sensitive and will now ask if I just want to start out with 3 instead of trial-and-error. The receptionists are all wondrous, the dental assistants friendly and the Lindners do perfect work. I'm still driving to see them though I'm in Mass, and they're more than worth the drive. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Linder since I was a child and he is a wonderful dentist both pediatric and adult. His hygienists are professional and kind as well, my whole family has gone here forever.... But due to the staff that works behind the desk and in accounting we will be going else where... EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the way I was treated and the complete disregard for wanting to help kids.... KIDS! I called and asked if I could pay my balance when I came in with my 2 kids for an appointment. It is a small balance and I was told by Stacy, Janet and Sue that my kids would not been seen until I paid them over the phone or dropped off payment. I explained that I would give them payment in cash when I came in for my kids appointment as I have a very busy work schedule and their response was "too bad for your kids" it is policy that you can't schedule an appointment until you pay. Completely unwilling to work with anyone, do not care about anyone.... Horrible human beings. Dr. Linder should really consider hiring a new staff of people before he loses more clients! read more

Lindner Dental is the best place dentist office my family had ever experienced. It definitely does not deserve 2.5 stars in my opinion! Heidi is the absolute nicest adult dentist and Ashley is the best pediatric dentist. We are so thankful for both of them. All of the hygienists have been amazing as well. Wow! What a great place! I help out when my daughter and SIL can't because of work. Front staff, warm and welcoming! Assistants, really know how to keep kids relaxed! Dentist is FANTASTIC! She really knows how to work with kids! And instead of waiting until a cavity is full blown, she fills it early before it causes problems! So happy my grand kids are receiving such phenomenal dental care! The family has good oral hygiene and listens to suggestions from the dental team. As a result the kids don't have nightmare mouths with horrendous cavities! And my daughter and SIL have had zero issues with billing! This place is great as long as you are not expecting your kid who has rotten teeth be treated for next to nothing after you neglected their oral health in the first place! I'm 32 years old now; I saw Dr. Lindner as a kid, he took out a total of 13 teeth over time and I had braces for 4 years. Since I had my braces removed at age 13, I've had chronic TMJ issues, neck pain, and headaches. My face also looks significantly different than it did before braces, it has grown narrow and long due to a narrow palate. My teeth were straight after the braces came off, but were replaced with many new problems. At the time I told my parents that it was painful, and Dr. Lindner assured them I was just a sensitive child and that all was fine. I've seen TMJ specialists, a tongue tie specialist, an ENT to try and solve the breathing issues created by a narrow palate/airway, an orofacial myofunctional therapist for jaw pain, physical therapists, and continue to have pain on a daily basis. My palate never expanded to allow for a normal size airway, my upper and lower teeth do not fit together properly and I will need braces again to try and correct this. All specialists have pointed to the teeth extractions and poor bite alignment for my issues. With poor jaw alignment, the muscles all around the face and neck are working constantly to try and keep the jaw in position which is causing the consistent pain. I would strongly recommend against seeing Dr. Lindner, it's a choice I really wish I could go back and change. read more

Please be careful. At first this place was great. The office is very nice, the dentist was very nice. We kept having to pay extra money over and above the estimates and we always had to pay upfront. This was very odd. We also had to schedule an OR hospital dental visit. This was a terrible experience. Everything went wrong trying to deal with the lindner billing group trying to set this up. I have taken my children to Lindner for 16 years. They have always been fabulous until recently. They have had a lot of turn over it seems and the attitudes of the employees is so much worse, I'm very disappointed and I have decided to pull our youngest children out and we are leaving this practice. We love Dr. Nina and Dr. Englander and Dr Ashley, they are all fabulous. However, last week my son had Dr. Asia Yip (I think that's her last name). I did not like her at all, mostly because she told us my son had several cavities that needed to be filled...and my son goes every 6 months faithfully and has never had trouble with his teeth or cavities. Suddenly, a new young dentist comes on board and all of a sudden he has several cavities? I also witnessed shockingly rude behavior by one of the hygienists in the waiting room. I was sitting there waiting for my son and a hygienist came out to call one of the other children back. She came out one time, quietly said the name, no one came, so she left. She came back one other time and quietly said a different name, again, no one came, so she left again. Then she came out a third time and looked around and walked over to a girl and her mother who were sitting a little ways away, but still in the waiting room. She called the name she had called first, and the mother and daughter got up to come. The hygienist then very rudely said, "I was yelling and yelling your name and you didn't come!" The mother looked at the daughter and said, " Yelling and Yelling? Did you hear your name being called?" The daughter shook her head "No" and the mother looked confused. I can verify that the hygienist was NOT yelling this girls name and I thought she was so rude to the mother and daughter for saying that to them. I have never witnessed such behavior before from a hygienist, but that was pretty bad. Also, at the checkout desk now I find every time I go that the new people working there are rude, unfriendly and not helpful. This was never the case in past years, but in the past year it's really gone downhill with the attitudes. I also sincerely believe that this new doctor Asia Yip is filling every shadow she sees on the X-rays, instead of putting a "watch" on them like every other dentist has always down. She brand new and very young, so perhaps she will learn to be more cautious and not recommend that she fill every shadow she sees. Lindner is also much more expensive than other dentist offices. It's too bad, but we are leaving Lindner for sure. If you need oral surgery though, Dr Lee is awesome! read more

All I can say is I have experienced every facet of this practice; adult dentistry, adult orthodontics, pediatric dentistr\ ], and pediatric orthodontists. Unfortunately had a similar experience as Lisa. My family and I have been going there for over a decade; this will not be the case soon. While some of the dentists and orthodontists were polite, the front desk was always unpleasant. At their best they were curt and uninterested, at their worst they were just plain nasty. There was also an inconsistency in their assessment from visit to visit. There is a Yelp post where a user had a similar experience in regards to them claiming there are cavities that do not exist. They would tell me I have cavities and schedule me an appointment. I would cancel that appointment soon after and the next visit they would make no mention of any cavities. I'll take two stars off for this. Where I take another two stars off is because of the treatment I received similar to Lisa's. I had recently graduated school and obtained a job with dental benefits. When I obtained my benefits I was no longer eligible under my mother's. I told them this and gave them my information. They said it was no problem and they would take care of it, they did not. Over the next few months they proceeded to bill my Mother's insurance who would continue to reject the claim. After failing to file their claim and a few months had passed, they decided to just bill my Mother. She would call them and explain to them how I had my own insurance provider, they did not follow up for months. Now that unpaid bill is over a year old and my company has since changed providers. They are just saying its our problem, though inconveniently created by them. We are currently working with the old provider to get this sorted out, it doesn't look good for us. I feel like I got scammed. In my opinion this place has gotten to big as resembles something of a chop-shop I do not recommend Lindner's. read more

I bring my children here. If I didn't have insurance I would definitely find another dentist. My oldest at 16 decided she wanted to go elsewhere after they told her she had 8 cavities! (oh and did I mention they still treated her like a toddler.) X-rays and an exam at another dentist showed she had ONE spot to watch. Hm! My youngest do go here. As a parent I am involved in the decision making and their care. We "review" x-rays together with the dentist. If something doesn't seem right, we question it. I will not put my children through needless procedures just because my insurance will cover it. My overall thoughts: The staff is great with young children but the billing office is also great about reading and knowing the insurance policy. read more

Beware of this office and the billing practices. Make sure you know their charges vs your insurance coverage and ask for pretreatment plans with payment information. Also make sure what treatments they are planning are necessary. They are not forthcoming with information on cost and patient responsibilities until it is too late, after which they are condescending and arrogant. read more

Lindner Dental was recommended to our family and we are so glad we found Dr. Nina Casaverde! She is wonderful with children especially those who may have special needs. Our son needed dental work that required anesthesia at the Elliot One Day facility in Manchester. She was very kind, compassionate, and took time to explain and answer any questions we had. Well, I can say with 100% certainty that they know what they're doing. They explain intended procedures very well and give an appropriate amount of detail. However, the wait was long, and the doctor I saw (Doctor Tracy) was unbelievably rude. I certainly won't be returning, and it's solely because of her attitude. She needs to learn to stop talking down to people. --- I felt like I should edit this to let everyone know that actually, every other staff member I interacted with was actually rather polite. It used to be a good practice but it has become too commercialized. My son has his braces done with them. It is very hard to schedule an appointment which is limited to office hours and school hours. My son has to be pulled from school for ortho appointments and we have to take time off from our jobs to attend to the appointments. If we knew we would be adjusting much to their scheduling and haven't signed a contract we would rather have my son's ortho services done in another clinic. Tina M read more

I wish I could give less than 1. The staff is fairly good with kids, not great. Billing and scheduling are incredibly rude. They are vague about what's covered until after you have the procedure done. They will allow payment plans but won't allow you to come in for appointments until your balance is 100% paid off. So if you have cavities, too bad, let them rot until your balance is gone. Wouldn't recommend for anyone. read more

This dental office only wants your money and your dental insurance money. I was going as a patient for a little over a year. I am scared to death of the dentist and they take your blood pressure before EVERY visit. Now to go to the dentist and pass the blood pressure test I have to be on enough Valium to knock me out for a week. My medical doctor couldn't find any high blood pressure issues but white coat syndrome is my problem. The last straw was when I was in for a cleaning the hygienist said you know I have seen your insurance pays for cleanings every 3 months, "let me see what I can do." I asked if I really needed them that often and her response was, "well if the insurance plays for it what do you care." Lovely$$$$$ read more

Horrible Customer Service I have two children under five and they staff have done a fine job cleaning their teeth. The issue I have with them is that are always running late. The last time I was in there I had back-to-back appointments starting at 9. at 9:20 we still hadn't been called. When I asked the receptionist for a status she said the first three patients of the day were late so they were running a half hour behind. A. Nobody bothered to tell me that when I arrived; and B. It's not my problem that the first three patients were late. As a result, I had to reschedule my son's appointment because we had an appointment elsewhere and couldn't wait. If the rescheduled appointment doesn't go smoothly, I will be looking for a new dentist for my chldren. read more

These people are a mill! My whole family went there. We have the best dental insurance and always paid our co-pays. One time we were slightly late paying and next thing we know, they "kicked" all of us, including 3 children out of the practice. It was awful. We had been going there for 15 years. This happened after one of us disclosed a disability- ASD. Awful, awful people. Especially when one of my kids was in the in the middle of multi-year orthodontic treatments. Sick, sick people. Don't go here! It was too bad because the kids' dentists were wonderful and there was absolutely no reason for this treatment after 15 years. read more

I grew up going to this place 30 years ago. I wish it was the same quality of care and customer service but it's not. So let me share my experience of how this place did us very wrong. I will try to make this long story short but my 3 year old has been going there for dental work. Because of a fall he needed to have his two front teeth pulled. They also said that they would have to cap his 4 back teeth from them growing in and pushing his baby teeth out of wack. So they said this needed to be done in a hospital and we would have to pay 2k up front and it may cost more after they start for stuff they may not be able to see. Everything still seems normal at this point. I had to take out a loan to pay for this surgery and the 4 capped teeth. The day of the surgery we meet with the dentist at the hospital before the procedure. He tells us that the plan is to pull the two front teeth and cap 8 in the rear... So now I'm thinking what happened to 4??? I just say ok and go with it. An hour later the dentist comes into our waiting room and says good news he only had to pull the front two teeth and didn't need to cap any but he had to do some small fillings. He then leaves the room and me and my wife both look at each other at the same time and say huh I wonder how much of a refund we will get? I called the office when we got back and Ashley from the billing department says she will have to wait until the paperwork is submitted and will get back to me but explains how caps are 280 and fillings were 240 so I should expect much difference but she would contact me in three weeks when the billing went through. I said ok and she calls three weeks later leaving me a voicemail saying there was only be a $1.40 difference. To be honest I'm at my dentist in Nashua at Gentle Dental and they rock! I just asked a person here and they just said yah the small fillings are much cheaper than caps. When I heard the voicemail from Ashley I called the owner Gary Lindner who I haven't seen since I was a child. I got his voicemail and left him a message, I didn't even get respect of a call back. I will never bring my child there again and unless you want to have your money stolen too I suggest you don't either. Like I said I very highly recommended this place I've been going to for years. I see a dentist named Dr. Anthony at Gentle Dental in Nashua and I couldn't be happier. I've been coming here for years and never have had the wool pulled over my head like Lindner's office did, I would leave them zero stars If I could!!!!! read more

I have been bringing my daughters there for over two years now and this office really goes above and beyond to make sure the children and parents are comfortable with every step of every procedure even a simple cleaning is explained in full. I could not be more pleased with the care and compassion at this office. The entire staff is fantastic. My oldest daughter suffers from anxiety and Dr. Nina Casaverde put her at ease. Awesome, awesome, awesome. We had a dental emergency on Christmas day and both Dr. Lindner's came to our rescue within two hours of calling on Christmas morning. I have never heard of any provider willing to do this. They could have sent us to the ER but went so far above and beyond. I'm not sure where else you are going to find Harvard trained dentists willing to come in on the holiday. Very welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment. My son was frightened but was quickly put at ease. We are so lucky. Thank you! read more

We've been going to this practice for five years--first with my son and now with my daughter. The dentists and hygienists are pleasant, but it is very difficult to get an appointment at a convenient time. I am frustrated with having to pull my first grader out of school for office appointments because they only do morning appointments for "his age group." They offer Saturday appointments, but good luck getting one that isn't booked out a month in advance. I'm currently looking for a smaller practice that is more accommodating. read more

I saw Lesleyanne Splagounais in December, 2014, and had a cleaning in April, 2015. By the way, Lesleyanne is wearing the black and white striped dress. In six months, Tic Tacs and lifesavers, she explained, caused $28,000.00 in new dental costs. I urge you to go to her if you can afford this kind of care. This practice has become much too big and very secure in their reputation, around Bedford. I feel very sorry for the legacy the Lindner's have left their daughter, a new dental school graduate. read more

Really wanted to like them. But this place is just not for us. After over a year and a half of appointments, they have never been on time, and we are always the first appointment. They are supposed to be a kids dentist, yet the video game systems in their lobby are broken - in over a year and a half, they have yet to be fixed, one of four systems working is just unacceptable. read more
