BRASH coffee certainly left its mark! What a cool and hip coffee shop. This Brash location is at the Works in ATL, so an already cool coffee place is at the even cooler area of the Works; just makes for a really good mix. They have your traditional coffee options here alongside some really unique and odd ones. Naturally, I had to go with an odd one and tried an espresso mixed with yuzu sparkling water. It was recommended by the barista and he knew well- it was so refreshing, basically a sparkling espresso drink! So fun and different, super strong so it's a slow sipper but I really enjoyed it. The way they decorated in here added to the great vibe as well. I love the bold blue of their branding and the minimalist artwork all over. This is for sure a coffee shop to put on your list to visit.

Super washed down with milk, had it ready in less than 10 seconds of ordering.

This just for the Matcha. Not to brash, ordered and made in less than 10 seconds, super washed down with milk, just don't waste 6 bux.

Loved the og container location in Howell Mill and decided to check out the location at The Works. Super spacious, both inside and on the outside so a great spot for studying. The employees were nice, and the ambiance is chill. There's free wifi and free parking which is always a plus. There's a parking deck in the back for easy parking if the lot is full. They also have 3 housemade syrups: lavender, mocha, and vanilla. I enjoyed my iced lavender capp!

Such a nice little coffee shop in the Works! This is my first time in the area, and I came for a nice coffee shop to sit down and do some work. Brash coffee was a perfect place for studying! There was plenty of seating, and good wifi. I got a matcha latte today, and I will say the matcha is a little lighter than I would like it to be, so it mostly tasted like milk. I did like that it was unsweetened, but just for the drink itself, I would say it was 3/5. However, the coffee shop overall had a really great environment and was a great place to get some work done, so overall it's a 4/5 for the experience.

We stopped by Brash Coffee a couple times during our visit to Atlanta. This location was at The Works/Chattahoochee food hall. I enjoyed it for the most part - flavor was good, not sour at all. My only gripe is it eas piping hot (which normally equates for a sour black coffee). It took a good while to cool down but was able to enjoy eventually. My wife got lattes and seemed to enjoy them. A fairly large "store" and was very aesthetically pleasing. I appreciate the dark blue color of their wall and brand and the very large menu on it. The baristas were nice and very laid back. Would go back.

Matcha Latte with cinnamon powder on top. Soft, perfect amount of matcha, earthy, not too sweet.

Nice lowkey coffee shop located in The Works for an afternoon pick me up, or quiet space to get work done! The Baristas are always warm and welcoming. :)

This brash is located inside the Chattahoochee food works right across from BOBO. Their menu is very straightforward but they typically have seasonal drinks that are a little more unique. Matcha was delicious - nice earthy flavor. Wonderful service as well!

I visited Brash Coffee on Friday to work a little bit before dining in chattahoochee works. The menu is very straightforward and the coffee shop had plenty of seating. The service was quick and helpful. I ordered a vanilla oatmilk latte. It was good with bold flavors. Only one size cup, so not many options. Overall, I enjoyed it!

This is a Belgian-inspired brewery, restaurant, bookstore, and beer garden all under one roof. Bold Monk is located in the Upper Westside of Atlanta, near Chattahoochee Food Works and Topgolf Atlanta Midtown. There's plenty of free parking around the building and on the street (Ellsworth Industrial Blvd NW). I like the space here because there are various spaces inside and "outside" to spread out and hang out. I put "outside" in quotes because their patio is fully covered and enclosed -- good for bad weather. I had the Presence Pilsner (lager, 4.8%, 16 oz, $7). It was cold, crisp, and refreshing. I recommend it. The menu describes it as offering a "soft bready malt, delicate herbal and floral hop notes, and clean, dry finish." For dinner, I had the Salmon Dip ($16) to start and the Steak + Frites (market price) as my main. The Salmon Dip is made with house-cured salmon and tarragon aioli, and comes with thin toast triangles. The Steak + Frites is "chef's cut" (not sure which, didn't ask) and comes with Bearnaise, arugula, and Belgian frites (fries). The Bearnaise went great with both the steak and the fries. Bold Monk is known for their Belgian Frites, "The Original French Fry," which comes with a variety of sauces and in a few different styles. They also offer a variety of mussels and pizza. My buddy had one of the pizzas, "the 1838," I believe, which comes with different mushrooms, mozzarella, and house-made truffle ricotta. He seemed to enjoy it. The pizzas - the 1836, the 1899, the 1838, the 1850, and the 1862 - are all named after years that monasteries opened in Europe. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out just right. The quality of the cut was average/about what you'd expect for budget-friendly steak frites (it's no Bar Blanc in terms of cut quality). But still, that and the Salmon Dip were tasty and satisfying enough. Good service from both our server and the host/manager, who made sure my friend did not leave his jacket behind. Bold Monk opened in December 2019.

When I look for a coffee shop to newly get addicted to, environment is very important to me. So the concept of this place -- Store where there is quality coffee in the corner. It would be amazing to have the opposite -- an amazing coffee shop with quality things to buy. Until that happens, I'll appreciate this though. They focus on New Orleans/Louisiana style drinks for their signatures, but they have all the lattees and fancy macciatos available for the coffee snobs like me. I enjoyed their New Orleans style coffee and it was a good blend of spices yet not too strong. My cousin got a cappaccino which had pretty coffee art. This isn't the place to go if you're on a type of diet needing to alter ingredients to make it fit. Just throwing that out there. Their New Orleans style coffee comes pre-made. They have other options, but don't try to get their signature items. Note, they do have seating. Like one table and some bar stools, but that counts right? I don't believe it was near an outlet to do some work, but it wasn't too busy. I would ask a study group to meet me here, but it would be risky since there is not a lot of options if another group is already there.

The Daily has three branches in Atlanta, one near West Midtown, about 15min walk from Atlantic station, one in Inman Park, and the third in Buckhead. Their menu features a wide variety of food: toasts, breakfast bowls, yogurt bowls, wraps, pitas, tea and smoothie, etc. I have tried the Loaded Avocado Bowl, the Breakfast Burrito, Soft Scrambled Toast, as well as different kinds of teas and juice. One thing I like it very much is that the foods are generally very lightly seasoned. For example, I was told that the eggs in burrito "did not have salt" -- it did not taste bland though, because the tortilla and cheese are both salty. I also enjoy their sourdough very very much. Chewy, moist, slightly sour -- so good that I always ask for some extra. Besides food, the dining area was colorful and bright and spacious, with both small tables and communal tables for working/eating. What disappointed me a bit was my third visit. My soft scrambled egg was overcooked and I got my side of sourdough toasted with butter the first time. Despite this, I would love to come back and try more dishes!

She reassured everyone that this was not a common occurrence so I'm not concerned about that for the future. I got the iced latte and it wasn't the best I've ever had, but not the worst. The cup it came in was adorable so that definitely helped. Considering the wait to order was so long I figured the wait for the coffee would reflect that, but that was not the case and it came quickly. There's also a lot of seating, including booths, tables, and couches. It was relatively crowded when I was there but at no point were all the seats taken. The parking lot is huge and is free! Do not be discouraged by the ParkMobile signs, you only have to pay after 5pm when they close. They do allow dogs, and have a water bowl inside for them. There is also a small store inside that has a selection of items from local vendors. Super cute idea.
