For my quick drive thru coffee runs, my go to choice is typically Starbucks. However, after discovering Caribou, I love mixing it up! They have great choices for food and drink, a casual cabin inspired ambiance, and the service is always friendly. I do wish they had more food options (especially vegetarian friendly... The "Just Egg, roasted tomato, and pesto flatbread" is just okay), but my favorite item so far is the Turkey provolone on Asiago bagel. We planned a visit to Caribou Coffee on 1/2/22 to purchase several coffee beans (Caribou Blend) 12oz bag. I purchased 5 bags and took them back with me when I travelled back home to Seattle. Love this location of caribou coffee as the service is always exceptional. I've tried both drive through and walking in store. Love their just egg pesto wrap and mint conditioned coffe. They indoor and outdoor seating. There's ample of parking as well. The facility is clean and well kept. I recommend trying them. read more

From the cool design of the building's exterior and interior to its menu. The prices are a little high, but can be offset with their rewards program, in this day and age I'm over rewards programs and am not in the area enough for a membership to be of use. I've never been to this location before and was only in town for a weekend getaway, but the young guys behind the counter had no greeting, or any warm customer service whatsover, and were more interested in discussing who was working what shift. A "hi how are you" or "thanks" would've sufficed. The interior has the cozy lodge vibe of other Caribous that I've been to. Parking is snug, but there was a larger adjacent lot so I can't imagine it would be difficult to get a spot. Thankfully the weather cooperated enough with mild temperatures in February that patrons were able to sit on the patio; otherwise, the interior filled up and there were no open tables. Can't even detect a mocha/chocolate taste. Also while I've only been at the drive thru, the cleanliness of this place seems questionable... the drive thru window area is dusty/dirty. This is the worst location. The first time I went through last week I got leaky cups. Today my husband went through, got two coffees, and put his own cream and what we thought was sugar in and left. Turns out, they put Splenda in a giant sugar pour canister. We went back and they were a little snarky about "it's labeled". Coffee is amazing! I was super excited to see they support veterans and had a special on veterans Day. Maybe they should inform their employees. Ordering the beverage was extremely difficult and then got to the window only for the employees not to know about the offer and then when ordered switched only one of the two beverages ordered was given. I stopped by here today to pick up an Iced Mint Condition Mocha. The lady asked me do I want it with Dark Chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate? Wow, I didn't know I get to chose. I picked the dark chocolate. Wow. it taste really good. I can taste the mint flavor and the dark chocolate. Even tho the place was packed the service was good. It's ok. I had never been to a Caribou Coffee, and had bought many a caribou coffee in the K-Cups or in bag of whole beans at the supermarket. I was pretty excited to see an actual store. The coffee here is not bad. Completely drinkable and had a fairly good taste. But, The coffee was a bit weaker and not as tasty as I am used to at Starbucks. It was a nice change of pace. Very friendly staff and it looks very comfortable to sit and relax with your coffee, but when I go back up north, I'm not going to miss this one. read more

Love this place! Always busy, outdoor and indoor seating. They also have a private parking lot. They have a $.10 off if you answer their trivia question of the day right. There's also a drive-through. Prices are comparable to other coffee shops. They have plenty of seating room although it can get pretty crowded inside. Overall I really enjoy this place and come here once in a while for coffee. It's located in the shopping center. Plenty of coffee options and some food too! Haven't been in the restroom here. Your standard coffee shop with a cozy feel. I love that it has a fireplace and plenty of seating. It's never really overcrowded like a starbucks. They also open late so that's a plus. I usually get an americano or a mint tea here. Drinks are made fresh to order. Only downside is the selection of the pastries are limited. However, they have other food items as well like sandwiches and bagel, etc. The service is always good and the baristas are friendly. Parking is free and easy. I love the convenience of this place. I wish that I knew what happened to this coffee shop. It's recently been acquired by corporate interests and it's gone steeply downhill quickly. The inside of the store is simply not a clean place. You wouldn't want to sit down in there for long. The same can be said about the men's room. More importantly, the espresso drinks have become wildly inconsistent. Some days my latte tastes like a cappuccino and on other days it's a milk bomb. Recently the barista made my latte with vanilla soy milk, which was not a pleasant surprise.
