We've only been to chain rodizios such as Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil so this was a nice place to visit that was more family focused. We were served pretty quickly and opted for the AYCE option for our entire party. It was a reasonable $45 per person. The meats came out pretty hot and fresh! I have been coming here for years now. This local restaurant and the workers have become like family. They treat us with welcoming arms. I frequent the restaurant 1-2 times a week. For appetizers my go to is the fried fish or the fried chicken appetizer. I love their pork and beef ribs. The spicy sausage never misses. The picana is also good. We went here with a large party on a Saturday. The waitress was pretty dismissive and not very attentive. Food was mediocre especially for the price. I had the shrimp in garlic sauce which was fine. My daughter had the chicken cutlet with Yuca fries. The cutlet was seasoned well but the fries were no bueno. My other daughter had steak with onions and it simply was not good. My husband did the rodizio and they abruptly stopped coming around for the entire table. He said the quality of the meat was subpar. They served us our drinks right away, the meats came in immediately as we did the Brazilian bbq option. There was a lot of variety when it came to meat options, and servers are very attentive to come and bring over their options. It's worth it for the meat but not the buffet. WOW, just WOW!!! This place was absolutely delicious. It was $45 per person for rodizio and buffet which is a great value. The buffet bar had salad, potato salad, pasta, potatoes, rice and beans, beef stew, plantains, & more. You can eat as much as you want since it was included in the $45 (***2 hour maximum***). The staff walks around with meat so quickly and it is never ending. We had top sirloin, skirt steak, roast beef, steak wrapped in bacon, chicken wrapped in bacon, pork, chicken on the bone, etc. the food was absolutely delicious and it was great that there were so many options. The staff were very nice and very attentive with our beverages and with clearing the plates. The rodizio is $38/person with a two hour limit. The ambiance is quaint and they had live music by the bar. The service is also impeccable. There is a slight language barrier with the waitresses but it's doable. I don't have anything negative to say about this place. I'm glad I went back. It's been over 3 years since we've been there. I highly recommend it and I will be back. Parking might be an issue but it's doable. They have their own small lot that you can park for tips. I have come to Brasilia several times and it is a solid 3; a mediocre churrascaria from all that I have had. The location is pretty nice and very large making it fairly easy for them to accommodate a large party. The buffet bar has many options to choose from. The meats are not as expansive as other places. My last visit there I was very disappointed and frustrated that we had to keep reminding the employees that our table only wanted well-done meat; even then, we kept being served meat that was dark on the outside but pink on the inside. In the end, I ended up leaving barely satisfied since I was not able to eat a lot of the meat that had been served. In addition, it was only after I asked if they had grilled pineapple (that I had eaten at another churrascaria) that they served it to us, although we have come at least 3 other times before and never been served the pineapple. In the end, their grilled pineapple was not as thoroughly grilled nor flavored like the one I had tasted before. Nevertheless, others at the table who had never tried grilled pineapple before enjoyed it. However, Brasilia Grill is one that certainly stands out as one of the larger venues in town. It is divided into two areas, the main dining hall and the bar. I have only ever sat in the main dining area, but the bar seems very lively as well. They have a lot of items on their menu, but I came for the sole purpose of getting the Rodezio, which is basically an all you can eat buffet of their many choices of meat. They have bacon wrapped chicken, bacon wrapped beef, lamb, pork, sirloin steak, steak kebabs, chicken hearts and so much more. The atmosphere also feels very authentic, as you'll see the staff occaisionally walking around with drums and other instruments, singing happy birthday in a uniquely Brazilian way. Anyway, back to the food. The Rodizio was actually a bit underwhelming. The meats were all a little over cooked, even the filet mignon, which disappointed me. If you enjoy your meat cooked medium, then I'm sure you would love it, but I prefer it medium rare. I think that it may be due to the fact that this place is always so busy that by the time the meat gets to you, it's been cooked too long. Ultimately, comparing the Rodizio to the nearby Boi Na Brasa, Brasilia can not compare. Who knows though, if you order a specific entree, you may have a completely different experience. read more
