If you come at the time the restaurant opens you'll get a great selection of strikingly good Brazilian food. At that time texture is on point, juiciness of the meat from their Rodizio is there. I imagine throughout the day where the food is just sitting at the buffet bar is when the quality begins to lessen. I went on a Saturday, so everything was stocked to the brim in the buffet. Also, price is great for the food you get. I believe I got around a lb of food, with a drink and it costed less than $13. Staff is nice to non-Portuguese speakers. Take a plate, select your food at the bar, head straight down towards the weighing station in the back. Don't forget to get your Rodizio slices to the right of the weighing station. You weigh your food, get a number card where you present to the cashier at the end of your meal. Also, when you ask for your receipt they refuse to give you a payment receipt, so you have NO idea of what you are paying for, how much was food, how much were the beverages, or watever else they include on the bill. I've asked for my receipt right after ive made the payment, cashier said ONLY THE MANAGER CAN DO RECEIPTS, and the manager was nowhere to be found! Cashier started giving me an attitude like i was comiting a crime by asking for my damn receipt amd i ended up leaving upset without my receipt. This is a great place to get some food, be it lunch or dinner. It's buffet style but you pay by weight. Food ranges from barbecue meat to delicious salads and hot food. There are plenty of options to build a solid meal. The meat is nicely flavored as is the rice and beans. The price is not bad at all. My family of four picks up food here once a week and we get a nice meal for around $30. I definitely recommend coming in for a meal, however. Even after normal lunch hours. However here is the tip, skip the buffet meats and go straight to the rotisserie BBQ at the end. Some short ribs and sirloin steak straight off the fire pit. Be carefull they will not provide you the detailed bill , because they will chatge you whatever they feel like , they dont have a fix price for the pound , they will charge you whatever they think you plate is worth by pound . They advertise 8,00/pound but in reality that is not what they charge you , since they just tell you verbally the price we don't pay to much attention . Ce Qui Sabe is a buffet-style Brazilian restaurant for which you pay by the pound. We first went to this place on a friend's recommendation and we have gone back a number of times since. The place is not much on presentation but the food is really good. The buffet includes a standard salad bar and some prepared dishes (quite a lot of them in fact), but the real highlight is at the end of the line with a full BBQ selection, fresh off the grill. While there are a number of places in the Ironbound where you can get great Brazilian/Portuguese food on the cheap, this restaurant is a particular standout.
