I've ordered here a couple of times, and it keeps getting worse. If you order online, and leave a note or click the utensils button, they will do the complete opposite. If you ask to add more of something they remove it entirely. The service is worse then your standards applebee, which is disappointing since most of the food is delicious. My favorite item is the "Stroganoff" which is very close to the traditional taste. But, sadly the service is just so bad that it ruins the experience and the joy of eating good food. The service really declined here. Just some examples of our visit: We came after the lunch rush on a Sunday and the waitress kept forgetting everything. We brought 3 wines, she opened and brought back one and left the other 2 at the bar. We were 6 people, she brought 2 wine glasses, we asked for 4 more. She brings 3.... The next day we called to share the disgusting news, instead of apologizing for it, a hostile woman recognized the food was spoiled (it was drooling eww) she tried to convince me that the video was made 4 hours after the food arrived and the spoilage happened in that period, she forgot to realize that the food was untouched, why didn't we eat it in the first place?! A friend was here before so he invited me for lunch at 12pm. We were the only guests sitting at a table in the dinning room with two other customers by the bar and two waitresses. The menu that was offered to us was surprisingly expensive for lunch, it had the cheapest entrée price at $14.95 and the rest was in $20s, $30, $40s and up to high $50s. We decide to go with the mixed BBQ meat selection for two for $28.95. It included rice, beans, French fries, 2 sodas and 2 desserts. The waitress was accommodating to us by subbing out the rice, French fries and soda's for a plate of salad and a plate of steamed vegetables instead, we were on a no carob diet. I felt the BBQ meat selection itself was not made to order and just heated up for us, so it did not taste fresh of the grill, juicy or flavorful and was not very hot which was very disappointing, there was no wow factor for this Brazilian mixed BBQ. We were the only table dinning in for lunch and the waitress never stopped by after dropping off our food to ask if we wanted anything else or if everything was ok because she was too busy entertaining the two Brazilian men around her age at the bar. Even when she was preparing our desserts and placing the Flan and some whip cream on the plate she was in full back and forth conversation with them as she was handling our food. It seemed like she had all the time in the world to chat up the guys at the bar but we just stopped in for a quick lunch. It really disturbs me when staff members handle my food which is in front of them while having a conversation with others. Overall the experience of the food and service was a let down and I don't see myself returning, I hope the staff can learn from this review and change their ways when dealing with customers and their food. read more

This is a good place to go for some Brazilian Rodizio. I love this place!! The food is great, priced right, good dining area for groups and the staff is friendly. The whole chicken platters are good and can feed an entire family(portions wise). The platters come with chicken, rice and fries. The pichana is awesome (this is why we keep coming here lol). On top of it we ordered 3 cans of soda. CANS!!!! They charges us $12.00 for 3 cans of soda. What a rip off. We asked for bread. They said they didn't have any. Asked for coffee.
