Such a cute and cozy coffee shop. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, it feels like home. The barista is a lovely and friendly girl, very kind and attentive. The coffee is delicious and aromatic, clearly made with care.

The Brass Hub is one of several independent Coffee houses around the harbor. They are all unique. What sets the Brass Hub apart is that they are also baking up some wonderful treats in-house. You can smell that wonderful aroma of fresh baked items as soon as you step inside. While their baked goods case is not large, it does have a good variety of items including some that are gluten free. My 12 oz Cappuccino was well balanced between the espresso, textured milk & micro foam. I could tell that the barista that prepared my drink took great pride in getting everything just right. The pistachio roll pastry was also quite good. Not overly sweet, it paired well with my cappuccino. The pistachio topping added a nice crunchy texture to the roll.

Absolutely Amazing! It's worth coming here for the coffee alone, but since we're here... coffee cake, apple cinnamon roll, cranberry white chocolate scone, and a peppermint brownie for later. On the savory side we got a bacon cheddar and a prosciutto and cheese roll. Beautiful space inside with board games for the kids and great music. If we lived here we would be here every weekend I think. Instead we'll just be making sure to stop in on every trip to the beaches or Olympias.

The best coffee and food. And the friendliest people you'll ever meet. when you first walk in you will be hit with the most delicious bakery smells imaginable. The only thing better than that is the actual taste of the food and coffee. Go here, you won't regret it!

This new coffee shop is awesome and has a great atmosphere. The coffee is also very good and definitely worth the drive into Cosi.

Such a cute little coffee shop. I got a lavender latte that was delicious. I loved that it was ran by a husband and wife.

I ordered a hot chai with toffee flavor and it was good and spicy. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich which was delicious. Tasted like it didn't come from a freezer which is good. I tried an ice coffee as well and I will be thinking about that for a while. The coffee flavor was perfectly creamy and not watery at all with flavor. The doughnut is also a must. They make them in house!

My husband and I arrived 1-1:30 today and we both ordered burgers. My husband ordered a bacon blue cheese burger with steak fries and I ordered an impossible burger with Swiss with shoestring fries. My husband's ordered arrived first and the fries were normal fries not really steak fries, but they were hot and tasty. The waitress said that mine would be coming shortly and that they were waiting in the fries. Upon my husband's first bites of his burger he discovered it was totally cold. He took it up to the counter and then my dish was dropped and it was the same issue. The waitress took mine back and dropped his plate again and told us if it isn't ok then we could get a refund. This was when we discovered the burger was microwaved (still had his bites taken out of it), and the fries sat out while the burger was in the microwave. Yes, now we have a microwaved burger and cold fries. Knowing this how they handled his cold burger we decided to just get a refund and go somewhere else for lunch. I think this issue arose because they served the food for a table of 5 or 6 people that placed their order after ours. The big table got their food before us. Knowing what happened to our food and seeing them eat before us made the conclusion pretty simple, their order should have never been processed before ours. This is why the waitress said the kitchen was backed up. It was just a big fail. I think the problem is that everyone working there was very young and I feel they were very inexperienced in having the skills it takes to work in a kitchen, serve food or deal with customer service. When the cashier did the refund of my husband's meal, she only refunded his. I asked if she also refunded mine since they had it back for the same reason, she asked, "oh, you want yours refunded too"? I'm not sure how this refund is going to work with doing two separate refunds on one ticket. I checked our bank and the charge was pending so I will have to follow it for the next couple of days to see where it puts us. Honestly in my opinion, she should have refunded it all, including the tip. They kept the tip. We will give this place another try in 4 to 6 months to give them time to work out their issues. Hopefully someone will see this post and work on additional training.

The person cut each in half and arranged them in a large baking sheet. After arriving at my office and uncovering I was shocked to see melted lemon bars, which were so melted they couldn't even be removed without leaving a big mess behind. The rhubarb bars were super dried out, to the point of being harden gummed jelly. The chocolate/peanut butter bars were soggy and too fell apart when attempting to remove them. The cluster of chocolate brownie/marshmallow bars were so dry they were cracking and separated as clients attempt to take what looked to be the only eatible item in the tray. I called that morning and was told the owner agreed to return my money for 2 of the bars. I went in this morning, with pictures to show what I received, this being just days later, and was treated rudely. The person did call the owner and proceeded to hand me $6. Again complaining the girl added $5, a total of $11; my original cost exceeded $60. Mind you, I was more dismayed about the fact of being sold such terrible goods and knowing the person had to have known this when boxing/cutting them, and yet proceeded with selling this non edible food. I would never expect this, especially from a hometown bakery/coffee shop. It's completely unacceptable. I would never again recommend coming here, as I regularly did in the past (must have changed ownership). I was able to add a couple of my pictures.
