Good to know some things never change. Stopped by The Brass Ring the other day...first time since moving back to the area, and WOW!! I had forgotten a burger could be that good. If I could give it 10 stars I would. It was packed on a late Sunday afternooon and it took a while to score the burgers, but it was WELL WORTH IT. They were cooked perfectly, which shouldn't be such a rare occurence at burger places, but it is. Amazing amazing amazing. My only gripe, we came from the north and took us1 the whole way. Saw about 4 cops in that NPB speed trap area...like I said, some things never change. read more

Went for the first time with a group of friends and family and had a great time. We had a wonderful waitress that kept the frozen beer mugs coming for our pitchers of beer. Great hole in the wall sports bar / restaurant - they don't do much, but what they do they do well - cold beer (10ozers), open flame burgers and Buffalo wings. Don't expect to be coddled here - busy busy and a little bit of "soup nazi" going on here - but if you come regularly enough, you might get a smile - no wifi, but they do have a juke box - 5 stars for being what they say they are - a great dive sports bar, nothing more nothing less read more

The Ring is one of my burger bench mark places. All other burgers are compared to here. It's a type of burger for sure. Hand packed cooked to order. My wife and I get the same thing every time. Bacon Cheese burger with mayo and all the fix in's and fries. Also an order of hot honey garlic wings extra crispy. F'ing dope. Beer is always cold, service is always good with no frills. Don't be mistaken this is a locals bar filled with local contractors, sport fish guys and occasional millionaire (yes this is North Palm Beach) that are all coming for the same thing. Ice cold beer, burgers and wings. If you want a fish sandwich or a cloth napkin go elsewhere. My only issue and really it's not an issue is the zip lock bag of ice that is in every pitcher in the pursuit of the perpetual cold beer. It will never stop me from ordering a pitcher just a personal pet peeve. One last thing on the wings, for years we were doing the hot wings and while good they were never my favorite. Then a friend asked me if I ever tried the hot honey garlic, next time in I ordered and saw the freaking light. I haven't ordered a hot wing since. All the wings are heavy on sauce which is why we order them extra crispy. Preference thing. read more

Slowest service I've experienced in my life. Waiting for more than 50 min for my food. Not even a delivery takes all that time.

I was staying with a friend in Palm Beach Gardens and he recommended we all go there. He is a frequent flier at this place. We walked in tonight and asked for a table for three. A party that came in after us was sat immediately! Our friend, the local, asked how long it would be for our table. The manager said, you're my smallest party and there are six parties ahead of you... That is not how you treat a repeat customer. It feels strange giving such a dive bar/burger joint four stars, but it's a fun place. There's usually a wait, but you can play dollar pool (smoke free!) in the back while waiting for your table. The fish dip is surprisingly good, the pitchers of beer are cheap, cold, and paired with frosted mugs. The burgers are excellent, and overall it's a great low key spot. read more

My husband, 3 year-old daughter and I, came here for their burgers- which I've had, and they're great! BUT! The day we came, on a week day for lunch, we were ignored at the door- BIG TIME. The 3 of us stood at the entrance for about 5 minutes or so, which in the restaurant industry, is a long time! There wasn't a hostess, but there were 2 waitresses, and one bartender (all females). The 3 of them did not look at us at all! And believe me, we're a great looking family ;). Not sure what was up there a**'**, but feeling so rejected, we walked out and had burgers else where. Will never go back there for their yummy burgers and wings, unless they get a friendlier staff. read more

This restaurant is my Graceland! If you are looking for the best wings and burgers in town then this is where you want to be! I came across this hole in the wall (and i say that in the nicest, most flattering way possible) three years ago and was instantly taken by it. The wooden walls and booths with writing of past patrons all over them reminded me of my camp days and that couldn't make me happier. The beer is always ice cold due to bags of ice they keep floating in them yet this is not why i frequent. Went for lunch last week. Stood at the front door being ignored until I went and asked a waitress if we are supposed to seat ourselves or not... Which you are not. That same waitress sat us at her table. She did not want to be bothered with us at all. We frequent the Brass Ring in RPB and it hands down is way better!! The wings came out under cooked and I asked for the hott roast beef with aujus she said they dont serve aujus. Mind you its the same menu as the RPB location and RPB serves it... Terrible experience both times Ive been to this particular location. Wont be back! read more

You will feel like an outsider walking in here for the first time and I wouldn't recommend it if you're not comfortable in dive bars, but if a little grime, a bit of attitude, and a colorful crowd doesn't bother you, this is a must-try place. The burger is outstanding and deserves all the praise it has received. It's a half-pound of fresh ground beef and more importantly properly cooked. Too many places can't get that part right but these guys nail it. Throw in $5 pitchers of beer, some classic rock playing on the radio, a strong local following, and you have a joint that you will crave when you want to go lowbrow. read more

The Brass Ring is our one of our family's favorite two restaurants to go out to for dinner. The BEST wings and the BEST burgers. The staff is great. We walk in and they immediately add us to the waiting list. It is nice to go to a place where you are known by name and the servers and/or bartenders know what we eat and/or drink. There is always good music playing and we enjoy playing pool while waiting for a table or even late night minus the kids. So if you love WINGS and juicy-cooked to the right temp burgers the Brass Ring is the place to go. read more

I'm from Chicago so I know good burgers. Just visited for the first time over Thanksgiving and my burger and fries were great. Beer was also freezing. Trip was perfect. Made a return visit this week and my burger was good but the fries were inedible. Soaked in grease and that either means they are using dirty grease or fried them multiple times. The annoying part is the staff could see how terrible they looked and still served them. So that being said, Brass Ring has one more visit to make or break them as a go to spot. The problem is I don't think the Brass Ring actually gives a damn. read more

Since I had such a great experience at the pub the first couple of times I was here I gave them a five star rating. This time around things didn't go so well. The waitress, who a friend of mine said has worked there for several years, was so busy hanging out with the regular customers, she had no time for us. The place is known for bringing fresh frosted mugs when you order a pitcher of beer, every so often to keep your beer cold. This waitress didn't do this. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. It came without the bacon. The waitress was nowhere to be found. When she finally came around the friends I was with called her over and we told her there was no bacon. She offered to bring me a side of bacon. If I owned a restraint or pub the customer service would be much better. If this waitress worked for me I would let her know her know how she treated us as customers is unacceptable. It's too bad you can have such a great experience one time, and then because you get a waitress that doesn't care, have a bad experience the next. I hope if you decide to try this place you get the waitress I had the first couple of visits, so you can have the 5 star experience, not the 2 star. read more

4.5 Stars from me. Definitely the BEST burger in Palm Beach County and arguably all of south Florida. The beer is always ICE COLD. In fact, I have never had colder beer anywhere! The only negative is their service. The wait staff is not very nice at all and firmly believe they can do no wrong, even when they forget to put the order in (ah-hem!). Usually the best place for wings and burgers, but went today after not being there in a few months and totally regretted it! First off the waitress was for lack of a better word very trashy. It appeared her hygiene was off. We ordered a burger and well done wings. She dropped the food left and we had a basket for our bones that I was also using to hold my pickle so it would not be in the way she just whipped up the basket never asking if we were done etc. I serve and I never take anything from the table without asking first, like what if my false teeth were in there? Right? Then she bought the check i tried to hand her my card and she totally ignored it and took 10 minutes to come pick it up! I did not want to too, but left 10% and this review. I travel to West Palm several times per year. Each trip involves multiple visits to the Brass Ring Pub for their awesome burgers. For the first time I went in alone. The server was rude. She also told me I could not sit at a booth if I was alone, I would have to sit at the bar. There were no seats at the bar and the occupants were there to stay. During my 45 minute wait several tables were empty and remained so long enough for me to had a burger. Several couples were seated immediately. I will not be returning. read more

I have been going to the brass ring for wings and burgers since I was a kid! There are some other pleasant surprises on the menu a well. Try the lazy wing sandwich or the smoked sausage. I didn't discover the wonders of their frosted mugs and great beer deals until I became of age... But that only added to the appeal of the ring! Be warned that here are limited tables and it is packed by 7 almost every day of the week. Get there early if you don't like to wait. read more

Best ice cold beer and burgers and wings in town for sure, just be careful about planning to go here on Fri, Sat, or Sun night, as you could wait (between being seated and served) in excess of 2 hours - even 3 hours is possible. But their service and food is typically top notch. Best place for late night and lunches with friends and family and definitely a great place to hang. read more
