My florist had a new assistant and she didn't put enough ribbon on my bouquet and Ally flew into action and helped my bridesmaids locate my Tide Pen and the assistant to fix it right away (green from the stems got on my dress!) Once we decided to work with Kali, she was able to figure out the correct tent/canopy size for the party and even found a contractor who uses grass turf. Kali is very dedicated to making sure that everything turns out 110 percent as planned. Our wedding venue had a required Bar & Bev vendor, which switched to Peak Beverage at some point between us booking our venue and a month before our wedding. Neither the venue nor Peak reached out to us to let us know. A month before our wedding, we found out that Peak was the new required vendor, so we started working with them. The signature cocktail we had selected from the previous vendor was not on Peak's list, but they worked with us to provide that cocktail as a custom request. We had already put down a deposit with the previous vendor. The deposit was transferred to Peak, but minus around $400. It took a lot of communication back and forth to get Peak to provide an invoice with the correct amount we had agreed upon. This back and forth was very frustrating. Even up to the wedding date itself, the issue was still not resolved, and a week after the wedding, we were still in the process of working with them to make sure we were correctly charged. The service that Peak Beverage provided for the rest of the event was very smooth. The signature cocktail was delicious, and our guests loved it. They had a good selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options as well.
