This place is gorgeous and in a beautiful historical building. It is roomy inside and they play great music. We were headed to the place next door but it was crowded, noisy, smoky, and expensive. I couldn't find a review for this restaurant except one with a similar name and the reviews were average, but it was not Brasserie Greenwich. Please don't get it mixed up with this place. We weren't sure if we should dine there, but a friendly waiter came out and greeted us and we were so glad that he did. He gave us a quick rundown of the menu and we wanted something light before bed. He was so nice and helpful. We ended up sharing a smoked salmon plate with toast and a side salad with delicious dressing. We also ordered a side of tasty mashed potatoes. The food was fresh and very good.
The price was reasonable. They have an extensive beer menu, a very interesting bar, and desserts. The place was romantic and the service quick. Plus, the waiter gave us tourist recommendations! read more
