I finally found Trademark and they had a $99 3 year membership fee where the initial service call is waived and you also, get 10% off of all repairs. It's a great service. Leah, is my point of contact and she's always really insightful. I had a problem with my only property wanted to enlist in their services again. However, my situation was a bit more complicated. But instead of just taking my money, Leah, explained what would and would not be covered. This way I did not just waste my money. With honestly up front, it makes it so that you can trust their work more.

He provided a discounted quote on a new water heater and let me know he would be there when I made the decision to replace my water heater.
