Worst experience ever. Leemyah served me she didn't even speak to me it was like she was incredibly high or something was deeply wrong. She got me everything wrong. I ended up getting ice cream she didn't even ask me to pay I had to go back to pay and it was like it didn't register she just looked at me. This pains me to write, my mother worked for this company for years. As far as this location is concerned avoided at all costs. I went there this morning. Spent 10 minutes waiting in line in the drive-through behind one other car and when I finally made it to the window, I was told that I was gonna have to wait another 10 minutes for my breakfast sandwich and biscuits and gravy. They did not inform me that I was gonna have this wait until after they've already charged my card so when I told them I needed a refund, I was given some extremely dirty looks. Drove down to McDonalds, and they had me all the way through the drive through in under three minutes. Absolute nightmare and day. read more

The staff was very nice, but they did make my order wrong. When I told them of the error, they took the sandwich back and replaced it with the correct one. Their crinkly fries are always awesome. I love that I can get food here for lunch and pick up items I need and don't have to go to the grocery store for them. read more

I went inside and it was night time. The drive thru line was not moving so I decided to go inside. There was a long line of people and a customer talking to a worker. I have no idea what was going on, but there were four teens walking around giggling and two working. Of the two working, one had on a headset but he was not talking to the drive thru because he was not talking about food, yet personal matters. I spent over an hour inside and one family walked out because they were never acknowledged while standing in line to order. The turnover at this place is high, and needless to say our food made us sick that night. I imagine it was due to the mess on the counter that was not cleaned in between orders. It is unlikely anyone washed their hands after touching their face. The service industry has gone downhill. read more

I went to the drive thru and waited for more than 2 minutes. With cars behind me. No one ever answered the speaker, so we pulled to the window. A person finally came to the window and said I'll have to see why no one answered and closed the window. And walked away. I gave up at that point, we left and went somewhere else. read more

Sadly disappointed in the service. Slow and rude staff. Man in front of us had been ignored by several staff including the manager. This has to be to filthiest Braum's I have ever been in. Everything behind the counter was a disaster. Just from the look of it I would avoid the shake machine it was so gross. Hands down the worst Braums. They get our order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. It is a roll of the dice as to if the burgers will be cooked decently or burned to a crisp. Look, this is the nicest looking Braums I've even been in BUT the staff were extremely poor, got our food wrong twice... it was three burgers, one no cheese and one no lettuce and one reg... not hard, but apparently it was.. also I believe the staff were high... I usually LOVE Braums- but this one is the exception. The service has been practically non existent. My partner and I were standing in line for 10 minutes without being served, which we usually wouldn't mind, except the 5+ workers that made direct eye contact with us and continued to ignore us. No one spoke to us. Even the person who "took our order," just stood in front of us and stared. Didn't ask any questions, didn't greet us, nothing. The banana split we ordered was made WITHOUT GLOVES. Sometimes I can understand gloves being even more dirty if they're not changed often, but he had JUST rang someone up on the register and didn't wash his hands in between. After he rang me up I said thank you, and he rolled his eyes at me. (The manager called him B.J.) I was going to order another ice cream, but I decided not to. My mom then ordered a burger, and it was made incorrectly, so my partner went up to see if we could have it fixed. The manager that "helped us," also spoke down to my partner and when they were trying to explain what happened, she cut my partner off and said "there isn't a problem," in a very condescending tone. All of this aside, the drink and condiment station, as well as the register and back counter was, for lack of better words, gross. We will be taking an extra 15+ minute drive to find another Braums next time. read more

The service at this Braum's is awful. I love Braum's anywhere else. The employees here are always hiding in the kitchen and talking instead of taking orders or helping customers. They act busy and understaffed even when we are the only people in the entire restaurant/drive through. Ridiculous. read more

If you pull up in the drive thru speaker and talk to the guy at 10:28 and take 2 min to decide what you want, they will refuse to make breakfast. If my order starts before the cut off, I should have been able to get breakfast. read more

Great ice cream, love the grocery, hate the slow service. They are not fast or efficient and seem understaffed for the volume. I think they could hire more staff and come out way ahead. Fixing thistles it and easy 5 star. read more
