The staff are not friendly or helpful they all look miserable as if they do not want to be there and certainly do not bother them for help. No greeting ,no smile ,no thank you , kiss my butt or go to the blazes. This is a reason for me to frequent a different franchise even if I have to drive far away. Customer courtesy is a must!!! As an employee at this Walmart location, my experience working under the manager Jeremy has been challenging. I often felt unsupported and found communication to be unclear or inconsistent, which made it difficult to perform my job effectively. Concerns I raised didn't always feel acknowledged, and the overall work environment suffered because of it. There was many times he would get upset with the floor walkers for doing their jobs. I hope management leadership improves so future employees can have a more positive and productive experience. read more

Decent Wal-Mart, newer, a bit smaller. Very clean, laid out a bit differently than others, which is interesting considering usually they are all the same box with differently wrapping on the outside. This one isn't on the main drag like many others. You'll live in the area or need to go here specifically to shop here. Tho it's a nice one and worth visiting. read more

There was a man in front of me his card was declined so he left the cashier an Eder lady said I got to get someone to clear this now I said ok she is looking around can't find anyone so she gets on her electric scooter drive over to the office dock on the door no one answer then she drives back over gets back on the stool then she sees a man starts calling for him to come over to help . Please do not use Walmart when ordering for deliveries. They use a third party entity. We ordered a tv, driver delivered to the wrong house/address. Email with a picture confirmation of wrong house.Trying to get a refund. I have had a "chat" twice with 5 different people. My husband went to the store because they don't answer the phone at the stores. Nor do they answer the 1-800 number. I have contacted our bank and have a police report number for documentation. Again, please do not order from Walmart. I will pay twice the price to never purchase another item at their stores. Their customer service is horrible. Went In today (July 17th), dead heat of a Texas summer, looking for water toys, specifically water balloons and water guns. So disappointed to see they ALREADY stopped carrying summer items (oh they had swimsuits, googles and pool noodles) but nothing at all regarding summer play. I asked a manager since their app clearly states they had these items in stock in store. He said "the app isn't up to date because they also ship from the store". So I walked out to my car with only some Expo Markers, a water football and a Coke Zero and ordered from Amazon on my phone...3 packs of water balloons, side walk chalk (to make a bullseye) and a water balloon catapult for extra measure. Gotta keep these teens busy in this heat and obviously Wal-Mart isn't the place to buy it. Bummed in TX heat. Can we atleast carry summer into August guys?? read more

Like a lot of people and I am not a fan of Walmart, but it is what it is near my home. While the customer service at the Benbrook Walmart is marginal at best, trying to get someone to answer the phone can be categorized as impossible. Because I have the time I spent 10 minutes letting the phone, pushing that for other extension, it's getting absolutely no. But, this is typical Walmart. I know that with COVID going on it has hit businesses hard. With that in mind I still wanted to share some thoughts that hopefully management will take notice and action on. Store cleanliness has taken a sharp nose dive in the past two months. That's one thing that should increase in these times. With everyone concerned about sanitation in public environments this particular Wal-Mart seems to have gone the opposite direction. Secondly, hiring selection. Maybe this contributes to the dirty environment but the newer employees I'm seeing seem to give less than a rats behind about holding any type of professional image. Every time I've walked in the store in the past month + it seems like a big loud high school gossip and chat session. The older professional greeters seem to have been replaced or overrun by immature, loud, obnoxious and lazy greeters; and that's just as you enter the store. Something to consider... clean more, especially sanitize the carts in the front. Teach your employees what it means to be civilized and professional. If they can't grasp that then have them move on and make better hiring decisions moving forward. read more

I picked up some groceries and I called the number on the sign and the recorded message was said that they closed on Christmas Day but this happened in January and there is ten cars here and only two people outside and they are at the same one. And don't get me wrong I love this Walmart but this is where there is a mess up in the system. I really hope they resolve this. read more

It's so sad that this is the only grocery store that Benbrook has to offer. They have the worst and smallest produce section of most and you're limited to the the very few brands they carry. Generally LOVE this location but tonight I was completely disgusted by the employee who was doing the check out. LUPE was her name. She is the absolute opotomy of the type of person NOT to hire. She was horribly rude to the lady in front of me making rude and snide comments in regards to the customer using W.I.C. The card reader wouldn't read her chip. This was humiliating as it is but to have this old bitty announce that there's absolutely nothing she can do about it and she needs to call WIC. Customer service is non-existent. I called multiple times. Phone rang for 5 minutes straight each time before it hung up. I hit every number option available on the phone menu and never spoke with a human. I placed an order to be delivered. I know it was shopped because they sent me my substitutions. Benbrook has decided 90% of their check outs are self and only 2 assisted. Then they put very slow people there so you leave to go to self. The place is not as cleans as willow park nor as organized. We love closer to benbrook but will continue with the willow park one due to lack of quality and service. read more

I've had it with this store!! I have been using the online grocery service. So many products are out of stock or screwed up by the shoppers. I once defended this store, now I eat my words. There's absolutely no excuse for not having Tide or Tylenol in stock. I received 3 messages that the driver was in my drive way, it's been 45 minutes now and still no driver. I am honestly so pissed chino wouldn't sell me cigarettes and wasted all my time I was in there for 20 mins waiting for them to bring out the cigarettes that I asked for them refused to sell to me because there was an underaged person next to me even thought he had nothing to do with the transaction and was just an old friend that I happened to see when I got there. You shut down our only grocery store in Godley when you opened yours, and less than a year later shut your store down to leave us with nothing 3. Wellllllll, I'd hardly call this a Super Center. Yeah, they typically have a nice selection of items but if you're looking for produce... go elsewhere. The avocados are so hard that you could literally murder someone if you threw it their way. I bought a bag of self-rising cornmeal, got home and realized it was set to expire 3 days after I bought it. My bad, I guess. Whomever works the evening shift on the dressing room section needs help. She was on her phone while I patiently waited TEN MINUTES for her to complete her phone call. Then, she very hostily opened the dressing room for me without so much of a, "Let me know how I can help you" attitude. Poor folks in Benbrook have no other place to shop for groceries. One would think Wal-Mart would want to encourage growth. Ummm... nnnnnnnope. I prefer to keep my money locally but not at the expense of rude employees or death-defying produce. read more

Issues I have had at this location mostly been with Pharmacy. OM God, the are slow. If you take meds there to be filled be prepared to wait. It not usually crowed. But don't let that fool ya. The workers are just so slow. I love CVS. I drop off prescription and usually within 15 minutes done. But not Wal mart. NOPE. On e took 3 hours. Even after I received a txt saying it was ready when I got there nope it wasn't. I stopped using them. But today my wife for some reason had her prescription there. We went and there was 2 people in front and one at counter and that still took 30 minute for us to even get to counter. I told her this was last time. If she fills her prescription there again I will not go with her. Do CVS much faster. read more

By far, this is the best wal-mart I have been to. The people are friendly and willing to help when needed. True, this Walmart is not as big as the Hulen or ridgmar ones, but it is more pleasant to shop here in Benbrook than anywhere else. read more

DON'T get phone or servvice from Wal-Mart! They screwed up a lot of peoples' service through gross stupidity. I am stuck with a phone that will only work on their network. After getting screwed by them when they switched providers I went to a different company. Look at the price on items you buy. I have caught them charging more than the shelf price many times. On one item in particular, the shelf price was reduced by 16.66%, but they never changed the price in the computer. They finally raised it back up to what it had been. Sometimes it is not possible to get them to price match. They DON'T have the lowest price all the time, either. Good luck when you have a problem with what you bought. O had a new pair of sneakers rub me bloody in 3 blocks and they made me wait 30 minutes for a form to fill out, then wanted me to just let them have the shoes, socks, and pants with blood on the cuffs before even talking about it. Yeah buddy. Have a problem like that with them, just go ahead and lawyer up. There is usually not anybody on the department you are in who can help you. They are on break or playing with their phone. And hats off to their idiot at the door who watched me buy a fishing pole at a register with an associate, and wanted to see the receipt at the door. Like I lost it in those 50 feet. read more

My wife visited this store today to find some signs for a sale I was having this weekend. The manager of the section where the oil and automotive supplies were was terrible. It was right after lunch and My wife had been shopping and asked where these signs were. The manager said that my wife could wait until she was done with what she was doing. When another associate said that they could show my wife where the signs were the manager said that they didn't have to do it. After treating my wife very badly she begrudgingly finally took her to where the signs were. If this is how a manager treats a customer I don't know how she treats her people. EVERY single time I walk into your store it is a disappointment. The oppression and lack of customer service is so bad! You can feel and see the lack of joy, life and caring here. They cant say hello or speak can I help you? But they certainly can carry on many unrelated work conversations between them that you are forced to listen to. And trust me I'd rather not.
