Best sandwich for your buck! For $5.99 you can have a decent deli sandwich made fresh to order. I always enjoy their turkey sandwich whenever I have the chance to step in here to get a quick lunch. I went into sprouts today to return some oils I had bought a week ago, they were unopened and even still in the bag that I picked them up in. I did a curbside pick up for this order. As soon as I entered the store, there was an aura of negativity, it seemed like everyone in that building was having a bad day, and they decided to make it my problem. When at the register to do the returns, the cashier assisting me seemed very much bothered that I was there asking her to do her job, and the manager even more so perpetuated that behavior. I got the feeling that they thought that I was there to scam them or steal, which is hysterical and wrong considering the fact I provided my ID, the app showing the order, and the receipt. On top of that, all of the items are sealed and in separate sealed baggies as well inside one big bag. After being questioned by the manager as if I had just performed the heist at the Louvre, he left and went into his office where he remained on the phone for probably a good 15 minutes or more. After coming back out, he handed me corporate's number and said I needed to call them. At this point, I was very confused. I had all of the items, they were sealed, I had proof of my identification and proof of purchase and now they are telling me that I need to leave the store to get a refund for my items...?? Considering I was over everyone's behavior and treatment of me, especially because I remained as calm and sweet for the entirety of the transaction, despite my better judgment, I just decided to take my stuff and call the number in the parking lot. That was honestly the best decision I could have made today, corporate ended up giving me a full refund considering I had the receipt, the app, proof of purchase, proof of identification and I gotta keep the oils, so suck on that sprouts manager I got my refund and the oils. read more

Used to shop here twice a week, that all changed Sunday. Placed an order for a Standing Rib Roast 8 pounds, and they substituted with a bone in Rib Eye Roast, that is the same meat, less fat, and not a full rib bone. I called and explained the situation, and they said come in and exchange it. When I got there, there was an attitude right off. Then I had to follow the woman who had originally gave me the order, back to the meat section. when we got to the meat section the "Gentleman" there, decided to pop off an attitude, and tell me that the Ribeye Roast IS their standing rib roast. He then proceeded to insult me. Customer service? Nope, lacking and they got it from this Rude, Crude Veteran with both barrels. Attack me, in front of my daughter? Not going to be done. I demanded a refund right then and there. Will never shop here again. read more

I didn't have a yelp account before today, but needed to come on here and brag on the young man that I encountered a couple of weeks ago. When I came into sprouts that evening, my sister and her husband had just passed which resulted in my wife and taking in their 3 kids. My sister was the only blood family I had left since our dad passed two years back. Anyways, we needed groceries to support the additional kids so I came into Sprouts since it was close by. I wandered around aimlessly for a bit before I came across a kind young man named Eric. Right away he asked if I was okay and if I needed anything. I told him I was having a rough time, but needed to get a couple of things. He then proceeded to put down the box he was likely about to stock, walked me over to where the few items were and when we got to the last one he asked if there was anything else and I sort of froze and teared up a bit. I said I'd be okay and he said to find him if that changed. Eventually I grabbed the last few items I needed and started towards the car. At the same time, he was going to his car to eat and spotted me. He walked over and asked how he could pray for me. I broke down and told him my situation and to my surprise he prayed for me right then and there. I've been asked that a few times in my life, but never has anyone taken time out of their day to just do it in the moment. He even gave me a word of encouragement and offered his contact info in case I needed anything. He was truly a god send and I will never forget him. THANK YOU ERIC! I will be coming back! read more

This Sprouts is an excellent place to shop. It's bright and clean with spacious aisles. The employees are typically smiling and friendly. Sprouts also sells excellent moisturizers and lotions with quality ingredients. This is one of my favorite places to shop for groceries and vitamins. Watch the prices when they are ringing up your groceries. The sale prices half the time are not correct. The new sandwich guy was super rude and told us to fill out a sandwich order and said, "I'll get to you when I get to you." I had not said anything to him and was just standing there waiting. Rude. How can a place disappoint me three times in 48 hours? I spent around $140 here yesterday to buy groceries for my parents while I visit them from out of state. I do this every year here. Yesterday when I got home to make a salad over half the greens in the container were on their way out and I had to throw them out. Good think I also bought some arugula to fill the bowl. I was going to bring the dead greens back but decided not to. Today I needed to stop back in to buy a few more ingredients for dinner. I ordered three salmon filets and the fishmonger manhandled them so much that I stopped at a nearby open refrigerator case to open the package and lay my filets flat. When I got to the register I mentioned this to the cashier to be careful since I opened the package. Then I happen to mention the dead greens from the day before and told her I noticed that now the store had them all marked down. They were all clearly on there way out or maybe someone else complained. I said this to the cashier and she said "oh, it must be the produce people". That's it. No offer to do anything! I handed her my saved receipt to get the $5 off my purchase. I figured that would at least cover the cost of the greens. But, she said, "Oh you didn't quite reach $50"!!! No, I spent $40 and I spent $140 yesterday. But, I held that in. Not worth it. But they have lost a customer that has been coming here for years to treat my parents to groceries when I'm in town. read more
