I sent a delivery service to this place because the one I use has top notch service & variety. This location , very poor customer service, the floral department was one step up from pathetic. The floral person left for the day, the item I wanted was sold out ( should of updated on the app I used, but didn't ) and a manager unwilling to make a customer happy and make the best floral arrangement possible in my price point. No ribbon no extra bear grass nothing. I'm extremely disappointed and although they did give us a two dollar discount the flowers were fully bloom so they were getting ready to die anyway, but I was stuck when I had to do the best thing I could with what I had, but if I was there, I would've chewed that Manager up one side and back down the other. I love this store so much. It has become the only place I grocery shop. The people who work here are so attentive and helpful, especially Melissa. They know me by name and we always chat about life while I'm checking out. They treat my kids with such kindness and always offer them a free sucker on our way out. Soooo glad this place exists! As someone with a trash immune system and food allergies (shout out to my autoimmune anaphylaxis disease, aka Mast Cell Activation Syndrome; would give 0 stars to myself if I could)....... this place rules for multke reasons: 1. Selection of veg: it's not often I have so many options I have to put things back (I live in an apartment and they wouldn't fit in my freezer; good problem to have!). My pantry and fridge at fully stocked. 2. I'm able to buy more because they have the EXACT same brands as Whole Foods and Central Market (still love those places too, don't get me wrong!), and they're so much cheaper. 3. Kind and helpful staff 4. Easier to walk store for my trash joints 5. Fantastic location 6. Their sale bakery blowout section, including haf loaves of bread (the fresh prince pumpernickel loaf was like $1.99!). Yours truly was in a pinch as I desperately needed some ready-made food for today's lunch at work. Stopping in this location, I quickly assessed the layout of the store. Finding what I wanted, I headed straight to the checkout lane. The cashier was fast and friendly, two qualities I needed at the moment. Once out the door, I was glad to have popped in. Sprouts is a good market with a great shopping app that leads to big savings. So far, all the Sprouts I've visited are laid out pretty much the same, so I can find items easily. This location is good and has a huge parking lot. It also has the same main departments as other Sprouts, including specialty areas such as the deli, sandwiches made to order area, sushi, etc. Staff here has always been helpful when I'm looking for a particular item or have questions. This location is clean, neat, and usually well stocked. Sprouts is one of the best places to save money on fruits and veggies, including organics. This sprouts continues to disappoint. I visit many different sprouts weekly 1-2x per week to get a sandwich for lunch. I always have a small window. Today I made my order and went to get a few grocery items. 10 minutes later the guy is still standing there and states they are out of rye bread. There's plenty of rye on the shelves for customers. I've had this same experience asking fir salt and pepper for my sandwich in the past. It's a grocery store, they literally have everything they need within a stones throw. Use your brains!!! I'm done with this sprouts. Side note, the deli guy was wearing his mask on his chin. I'm no Dr, but it works better if you wear it on your mouth. read more

About four or five days ago, I was going in to get some groceries for my family and I was unable to find some of the materials I needed. I then went to find someone who would be able to help me get what I needed. I eventually got ahold of this younger looking man with red hair. I asked him for his help and he just looked at me and ignored me. I then was a little puzzled but thought maybe he didn't hear me. I asked him again and he just walked away. I then asked for his name and he said it was Carlos or Colin. I was just so shocked that I could t even stay in that environment. I love Sprouts and in particular this is a great location. Sprouts sits somewhere right between a Whole Foods and a specialty foods store. They have a very good selection of food and health products, but not an overwhelming amount. Simply put, they have what you need and not a ton that you don't. All of the workers are extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable. Particularly good are the produce and vitamin folks. The store is new and still very clean. The produce here is great, mostly consisting of whatever is in season. This is nice because it is the freshest, healthiest and also most inexpensive. Speaking of prices, there really are a lot if great deals to be had. We come to Sprouts regularly, and you can really take advantage of some great specials. They also rotate, so you can get a good variety of meals just by following the discounts. In particular, I like when the different bulk nuts go on sale. Most importantly though, and the one thing I want you to take away from this review, Bulk Nuts is a fantastic frat guy nickname. read more

Love this place! I shop here fairly often because I live and work nearby (and it will always be a little special to us because my boyfriend works for the company that did the electrical part of building this Sprouts, so sometimes when we go in he'll point out a light fixture or coolers that he wired in). My boyfriend LOVES the muffins especially, but everything else is pretty great. I've started buying meat and cheese from the deli lately, and am never disappointed. There was a woman there today, Tonya, who was very sweet to me and super helpful. This place cells my favorite brands of cleaning products, which is fantastic. My mom's been using said products for a long time but had to drive out to the Trader Joe's on Hulen to get them. They also have a lot of deals going on most of the time. Stopped by this weekend to get a few specialty items one being Loves match tea. I usually buy the republic brand but decided to give this one a shot. I made my tea as usual this morning but the taste was off and I couldn't pinpoint it until I noticed that it had expired 8 months ago!! I was really pissed since its pretty expensive for a small little tin can so I called them up and let them know what happened. Aaron the store manager was a huge help and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. He refunded me the purchase price and gave me two tin cans for the trouble. I was ecstatic when I first found this Sprout's a few years ago - organic packaged food and fresh organic produce, conveniently near my workplace - yay! Things went well for a long time, with minor complaints (employees being grumpy or not helpful, packaged foods not kept in stock) then... The quality of their meat started slipping. Eventually I gave up on the beef but I still bought ground chicken for my dog. Then I got several packages of ROTTEN chicken. I complained to corporate (through their web form) and eventually got a call from the store manager. She made it right. So I started buying the ground chicken again, but I would smell every package before placing it in my cart. I got some looks but I don't care - who wants to buy rotten meat, even if it is for their dog? After a while, I got comfortable that the problem was fixed and stopped smelling the packages. Then last week I bought 4 packages of chicken. The first package I opened was ROTTEN. I don't mean a little off, I mean it smelled like roadkill that had baked in the sun for a week. I immediately sent a message to corporate asking for a refund, and offering to send my receipt (I can't attach it to the web form.) It's been a week and still no response. Summary: Corporate doesn't care. Store employees are often rude or unhelpful (one exception - and I wish I could remember his name!) Beef quality varies from ok to subpar. Chicken - don't even think about it - the risk of getting rotten chicken is far too high! Decent selection of packaged foods that are safe, but may or may not be kept stocked. read more

If you want organic and good for you...THIS IS THE PLACE! Best veggie selection in town, everything fresh- not a bruised fruit to be found! They have great selections of gluten free stuff as well. If I ever swear off meat, this will be my go to market. For now, I get my veggies here when I can't wait for Saturday and the armers market. Prices are good, everything is clean, and the higher ups are always around and always thank you for shopping there. I had no idea this shopping center was so developed back here. I don't see them doing very well unless you know to look for them! I came here on a mission to find frozen dragon fruit so it's the only reason I found it. I usually go to the sprouts over near Hulen. This one is about the same- I really hate the bulk bin style where people can open the bin and dig around. I prefer the pour spout method so I don't wonder how many peoples grubby hands have touched everything. They have a boat load of gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and whatever other diet/allergy free thing you could imagine. With Sunflower shop so close, Central Market and a new Whole Foods about to open, I hope they can stay afloat. read more

Love this place! Produce is always fresh. Just the smell when you walk in is always pleasant and clean. It's great to hit the coffee isle and get a hot coffee to sip on while I shop. Staff is always friendly, I have always been asked if I needed help finding anything. Lyndel in the Deli does a great job , always helpful. Love the prices, never overly crowded, never a long line. I live a little over 3 miles from Sprouts and I have at least 5 grocery stores closer than Sprouts. I normally get there two times a week. I try and go on Wednesdays for the double ads, the weekly ads overlap on Wednesday. I especially like their produce it's always fresh and their produce prices are great. Really nice meat, poultry and seafood too. Don't forget the scones. If you need something you don't see just ask anyone of their employees. When they first opened I didn't know where the coffee was, I asked one of the guys in the meat department, not only did he tell me he took me there. I love Sprouts. read more

This was my first time ever in a sprouts and though everything was neat, fully stocked, and lots of employees were around no one greeted me as I walked in, shopped around, nor at check out. Employees sure did look at me and see I existed but not even a friendly smile, just stares from everyone. I went in specifically to browse around since it was my first time and to buy some vitamins for my mother, the employee stocking the medicine/vitamin aisles saw me wandering around with my phone trying to match the vitamin I needed to a specific picture I had but didn't offer to help. I do understand she was busy stocking but I expected some type of hospitality. After I found what I needed I went to the register and I did smile and try to make conversation to the young cashier at the register but she was too busy trying to get a coworker to do a part of her job to even talk to me. Complaining is all I heard at the register because it seemed like they were backed up before closing and they needed help. The two customers before me also left checkout without a friendly word or smile from the employees. Hopefully it was just a bad first impression. I do believe excellent customer service is a big part of a great business so I hope other customers have a better experience. read more

I really hate that I'm having to leave this review. I have experienced pleasant demeanors from the majority of the employees I've ever encountered here, but today was different. I have no plans on returning to this Sprouts location strictly because of the piss-poor customer service I received upon checking out today. I asked Candice if she was open and she begrudgingly stated "yes". I always make a habit of starting to bag my own groceries in my reusable bag to help expedite the process for the cashier and those behind me in line. I had bagged over half my items and Candice proceeded to remove every item I had bagged and subsequently replace them as she saw fit. As she was removing my items from the bag I told her i was just trying to help and that I didn't care how they were organized in there to which she responded "Well, I care." I have worked in the service industry for the entirety of my adult life, customer service can make or break an entire experience. A proper response would have been as follows: "Oh, it's no big deal! I just want to make sure all of your groceries make it home securely!" I am very disappointed by this experience as I was only trying to help in the first place and was not trying to offend in the slightest. I will not be returning to this location, and will be hesitant to go to any others. read more
