Never before been to this location. Had a little left on the gift card balance and wanted to use it up. Was promptly greeted upon entry and waited on in a somewhat timely manner. Definitely better service than the other Starbucks location I visited. All I ordered was a medium coffee. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. Will keep in mind if I ever get in a jam for coffee. Restaurant was well maintained and clean. Music was a little loud, but didn't matter since I wasn't staying. read more

This Starbucks is nice and spacious. My Cousin and I were greeted right away with a bland greeting. She ordered a Hot Chocolate to go, went to the Restroom then when she came back her Hot Chocolate was ready. So, they have quick service. It looks like a group session was finishing up, a mature couple was hanging out and a to go order was being picked up. The drive thru seem to have a Dozen Cars on a Saturday evening around 7:30 pm. Awesome service from the drive-thru. The staff was attentive, and they kept the line of cars moving at a very nice pace. I had just finished an appointment in the area and had morning munchies. Starbucks was close by so Egg Bites and coffee fit the bill perfectly. My coffee was prepared just like I liked it and the egg bates were delicious. Just got an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso at this location. This location is horrible. No brown sugar . I asked for a little more. Got a short squirt that you could not even see. This is a really nice Starbucks to spend a few hours getting work done! The location is clean and WiFi is fast. There's power outlets near each table. The large couch in the middle is very comfy to sit on while working (or watching movies on your phone). The workers are super nice and friendly. One of the guys suggested a drink for me and offered to exchange it for a different one if I didn't like it. Fortunately I really enjoyed the drink so the offer was not needed but definitely appreciated. I would definitely visit this location more often if I lived nearby. read more

I have come to this location multiple times and I've been greeted through the drive-thru with a great attitude every time except for today. Sometimes I am in uniform and sometimes I am not. However, today while in uniform, the "person" in the drive-through was very passive aggressive with me as I greeted them with a smile like I always do. 9 out of 10 times I get asked if I want a straw or if I want napkins or anything like that. I was greeted with a "hi" was never told my total and gave them a gift card I got for Christmas. Was handed my drink and given a very passive aggressive "Have a nice day" without even making eye contact or smiling. I will more than likely think twice about going to this location based off of that specific interaction that I had in the drive-thru. Maybe they were having a bad day. Maybe they just got done with a big rush of orders. Regardless, the customer service is not where it needed to be. read more

The service here is amazing! The staff is always kind and efficient. Lead by a wonderful manager (Wilfredo) who I always see hands on with the team working and always greets me with a smile when I order from his store! This is the only Starbucks we go to now! read more

Walking inside, the bruesta cashier was very friendly. Could tell was new because she had to ask for help, which didn't take very long. I got a java chip frappuccino with extra chips. Of you like something icy with a slight hint of caffeine, I would recommend it. When I received it, it was probably the best made frappuccino I've ever had. you could tell the store was very new. Still smelt bee. Plenty of comfortable seating. Lots of light shining through the windows. Only thing was that the parking lot was made for small cars. And this is Texas, you need parking for trucks. Long over due review but I want to let them know that I appreciate the staffs and manager always remember my name ever though now I just drink one day per week hehe. Mobile order 10 minutes before I reach the store then walk in and out with my drink. Parking is kind of scary because mostly because of people are in line for drive thru that sometimes they lock the entrance. However, I always find parking for take out. read more

I come by here often on my morning walks. I always find the staff courteous and helpful. As with all Starbucks coffee is good and consistent. There's lots of parking that is normally not too busy. Some outdoor seating for when the weather gets nicer. Overall if you like Starbucks I highly recommend this one. read more

Like it here but every couple of times I order food online I've gotten it frozen. Other than that everything is great.

It's still a Starbucks, but it is a refreshing change. It is rather large. There are plenty of tables and even when busy, it doesn't make you feel cramped. It's a different crowd. It is far enough from TCU and Montgomery Plaza that you don't have the TCU students or Moms/Kids. It tends to be a quieter crowd and most are working. They are busy. I rarely see fewer than 3 cars in the drive thru. Each time I've come in mid day, there are only a few tables open. As typical with Starbucks, they get busy and don't clean up continually. I've had to wipe my own table and scoot trash from under the seat. However, for an SB, this place is top notch. It is better than most in the area. read more

Top three reasons to visit here: (1) it's Starbucks, (2) location is close to UNTHSC and just far enough from TCU that studying is done here, if any, by mostly grads, and (3) most tables and chairs I've seen in a Starbucks in forever. I don't recommend this Starbucks. On a very hot day all I wanted was a refresher so I decided to order here since is closer to home. I order three drinks for the family and I and two drinks we're wrong, they didn't look like they always look but I didn't think any of it and left. When I got home and tasted my drink it tasted disgusting first of all they didn't add what I wanted, and second it look watered down and tasted watered down, so I threw it away in rage. Pros: LOTS of seating compared to most Starbucks, probably my fav feature about this store. Super nice employees! Clean restrooms. Cons: Puts mobile orders behind the counter, which means you have to wait for an employee to be free for a sec to ask for your order. This can be hard when they're super busy and can defeat the purpose. However, I got used to this and made enough orders that they could just hand it to me without asking eventually. My main con is that they recently began to play the music MUCH louder or maybe changed the style of music, or both? It used to be soft, background kind of classic ambient music that wasn't bothersome, not so much anymore. It makes it harder to stay there for a bit, as it gives me a headache. read more

actually the slowest starbucks i have ever been to in my life, there was one car in front of us this morning and we still waited more than 5 minutes after we had already ordered. and the person in front of us only got one drink. I searched for all the Starbucks in the downtown area that was open past 9pm. I thought I hit the jackpot finding this location down the street from my work place. It was 9:45 as I pulled up to order, I am greeted with ' the store is closed'. So I drove up behind the three vehicles ahead of me thinking I would ask. I get up there and all 3 of the young girls were no where to be found. So I drive around to walk in at 9:50, doors are locked. I love Starbucks. Everyone is absolutely nice, sweet and welcoming. The staff is wonderful. I love it. But I'm giving this place a 3 because when I first ordered an iced coffee with cream and classic syrup at this location, the lady told me they always put classic syrup so I didn't have to ask for it. But I still say the same order every time just in case. Every time I go and order my drink (iced coffee, cream, classic syrup) , I notice that the order on the screen only says iced coffee w/cream. Every single time. And when I get my drink and taste it, 9 out 10 times there's no classic syrup in it. And I'm a shy person so I feel bad to always have to give the drink back and ask for classic syrup. Because I hate being that person that holds back the line. I'll still continue to come to this Starbucks because it's on my way to work but I am always expecting my order to be wrong. read more
